Excellent Customer Support & Works Perfectly!
I work with a small non-profit and we were looking for an affordable solution to run a month long fundraiser online. We signed up for a free trial with CrowdRise to test out their services earlier this year. There were some unique things we required for the fundraiser, and even though we're just on a free trial, I was still provided a customer support contact. Our contact, Rachel, went above and beyond in helping to set up our page, fulfill requests that we could not handle on our end (like updating the text on the donate button), create a unique response email, and ensure that our reporting was exactly what we needed. Her response time was immediate, she was extremely friendly, and did not seem bothered at all by my many questions! I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer support we've received. The CrowdRise platform is also very easy to use, intuitive, and doesn't require any special skills, so I am confident that any other non-profit in our situation could use it with ease. We are up and running with our fundraiser now and it's working perfectly and earning us money! Without hesitation, I give this service 5 stars.

So thrilled to have the chance to write a review for Crowdrise, and just HAD to RAAAAAVE about them!!!!
In addition to providing millions of people the wonderful opportunity to raise money for WONDERFUL causes, they are without a doubt, the GREATEST when it comes to customer service as well! They sincerely care about each and every person who contacts them.... and they provide answers to every question and concern in RECORD time!!!! In addition to THAT, they are always upbeat, HILARIOUS, and generous with their services. I am SO thrilled that my favorite charity, 'The Barbra Streisand Women's Heart Center' is a part of this incredible fundraising website! I'm not at all surprised, because Barbra Streisand ALWAYS does EVERYTHING first class, so Crowdrise fits right in! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!! :)

Crowdwise is awesome! The site is super easy to use for fundraising and the staff and customer service is funny and totally helpful. I have used them several times for my fundraising efforts and I can't say enough positive things about them!

Awesome Service - Great Way to Raise Money Online
My experience with Crowdrise has been amazing. It was really easy to setup a fundraiser for my favorite charity and get my friends/family to make donations rather than give me birthday gifts. Looking forward to going it again next year. Really great all around.
