My fiancé has also been the one to get involved with raising money for charity for different triathlons he would take part in. I’ve seen him deal with a few different platforms that he has had quite a few issues with, even some that took days to update properly. When I got my link for raising money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation, I was shocked at how easy it was. I could customize the page, see comments from friends and family and could always tell where I was with my goal. It was a seamless experience, and I am happy that these charities finally have a great partner to work with!

They helped me out with my problem within 5 minutes and were so nice, would definitely recommend! 10/10.

The website is great, easy to use, and has dashes of humour everywhere. But what makes Crowdrise so amazing is their customer service people, who are truly some of the most delightful people that I've ever experienced in that realm. You can tell they really, really love their jobs!

I chose Crowdrise initially because of the name and then laughingly decided I was not wrong due to the light sarcasm and irreverence joined with sincere good works evident in the site itself - "If you don't give back, no one will like you." My campaign was delightfully easy to construct and the responses so far from the Crowdrise team (Kate, Wes, Bry) have been outstanding. I also love that the tech side is flawless and the donation page allows those giving to cover CR's cost of doing business separate from the donation. Rock on Crowdrise!

This is my first experience trying crowd sourced fundraising, and it's been great! I wasn't going to bother fundraising for my dog's care, but costs began to mount quickly and a few friends were quite insistent that I try that route. Another friend suggested CrowdRise as the platform. I did, and soon after that my fundraiser was up and running. I’m not that computer savvy, and CrowdRise made it so easy. If I have a question, they respond VERY quickly. They’re helpful, pleasant and very funny. Thank you!

I had to open a memorial fund raising page for a departed High School friend. It was a joint effort by a few of us to do this. There was a snafu as the person that opened the page became overwhelmed and passed it over to me.
The Customer Service for CrowdRise was AMAZING! They contacted me within minutes and handled the transfer painlessly. THANK YOU!

This website makes it so easy and fun to fundraise. They utilize a points system that allows you to redeem points for various items based on money raised (awesome idea). I raised enough money to get a sweatshirt, which is by far one of the most comfortable sweatshirt I have owned. When I got the sweatshirt it was too small. I contacted Crowdrise and was told to send it back. They sent me a new sweatshirt in the right size. I highly recommend this site.

CrowdRise was the best choice. Not only can you set up a fundraiser super quickly, but you can also have it directly linked to a charity so you don't have to play middle man. Crowdrise makes giving back easy, fun, and rewarding! Definitely recommend using CrowdRise for any fundraising, you won't regret it!

I am hosting a fundraising campaign for a charity in Seattle WA. I looked at several different sites, but Crowdrise was the most transparent with their fees - 3% including the credit card transactions. The other sites were taking between 8-10%!

The huge added bonus was when I had to query several questions to their support staff - what a surprise, they are funny, courteous, prompt and just downright awesome.

I am so thrilled that I chose Crowdrise for this campaign, and I would easily recommend them heads and tails above everyone else for this type of campaign.

I am EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service I received!!! It's amazingly refreshing when you get great customer service in a day in age when it's so rare. Most people hate having to help people with questions that sometimes seem silly. My customer service guy Bryn was helpful and nice! Such a bonus! Thank you!

WOW, I am impressed! I tried for over a week to setup my fundraiser on GoFundMe, but I had one issue after another. Frustrated, desperate and panicked I found CrowdRise, and was able to get my site up and running within 10 minutes after pasting My Story and activating it. I read the tips and messages and noticed CrowdRise would donate $25 if I received five donations within 24 hours, which I did. The donation was not automatic, and when I emailed customer service I expected an oops sorry with an explanation why you don’t, but CrowdRise actually donated what they said they would. Thank you for not only providing an easy to setup, and manage, platform that is a valuable source and opportunity for people like me, but for going above beyond. I am grateful - Thank You!

This year, I took on a new leadership position for the group I am a part of, Mr. Wash. U. Upon transitioning and dealing with a few setbacks last semester, I found myself with a multitude of questions for many of the other groups of people that help us, one of which was CrowdRise. With every frantic email I sent, I was met with such kind, helpful words of encouragement and sympathy. CrowdRise is a forum that truly wants to help your organization succeed, and they will do whatever is in their power to aid you in reaching your goals. After they gave us thousands of Impact Points simply because I asked for them, I thanked them in an email to which I got a reply that my email "made their day." And that reply sort of made mine, too. Thanks CrowdRise!

First of all it's Sunday..........who works on Sunday morning? I was donating to the emancipated foster youths currently attending the University of California, Riverside and I accidentally clicked on the wrong person to get credit. Wes was the customer service rep that took my live chat request and fixed everything so Taryn Parks can get credit. I'm totally technology challenged and haven't had my morning coffee yet. I had originally opted out of the $5 optional fee because ...I"m so cheap" but next time around I'm paying that fee....because good customer service nowadays is hard to find.

I emailed Crowdrise on two different email accounts (logistical accident) and within 2 minutes I had responses to both questions. The answers were clear and kind - if I didn't understand next steps, no problem, just let them know. The individuals who responded managed a lovely combination of professional and funny, which I needed today. Thank you, Crowdrise!

I have done a lot of fundraisers, I am so amazed by the staff here. I had a problem with trying to get two team member accounts sorted out. With a few emails,Wes at customer service had everything under control. He was very professional and also friendly. He didn't make us feel like we should of known how to fix the problem. After his guidance we couldn't do it, so we sent he the information and he fix it for us. You are our Hero, and made everything less stressful. I will also use Crowd Rise for my Fundraising Company. The site is easy to set up and easy to navigate (it's also peppered with jokes and some fun wit.) I can't emphasize the personality of the site, enough. Being involved with campaigns for causes that can be of emotional and serious nature, it's just really nice to read the fine print on the site and chuckle often. Their customer service is also helpful and prompt, which is all anyone can hope for when dealing with money (especially money that had been donated by kind-hearted people.)

CrowdRise makes it fun and rewarding to support your favorite causes with donations large or small. They've created a new method of giving, quick and easy, a win-win opportunity for everyone.

My first time on Crowdrise and I was having trouble with my user account-trying to join a page as an individual but was signed in as the captain. I decided to try to ask for help-the easy to find Support button on the bottom screen was super helpful. Kate, my friendly attendant, replied right away. Not only was my question answered within minutes, but she responded like the real human she is-not over polite and slow like some online customer service attendants, but as if I was messaging a friend for help. LOVE Crowdrise, keep up the good work!

I love Crowdrise! I love how fun the website is. I love how easy they make it to make a difference! This is the future of fundraising! Period! No, exclamation point! As I looked over the Crowdrise website today I had an idea. I run a Boys & Girls Club. We teach our members to give back. We will have a CROWDRISE Club program starting MONDAY!
