I recently started up my 2nd fundraiser with Crowdrise. The experience has been awesome. Solid direct return on donations, fun atmosphere, and great customer service! They have definitely become my go to when fundraising!

This is one sharp organization. Great, responsive customer service, excellent support - this is the place to go for your fundraising needs. And lots of things need fundraising, so juse do it.

A super easy website to use in raising funds for whatever amazing cause you are supporting. And it's fun - full of witty comments and stories. Collect points to earn free swag and be a Decent Human to boot. It's called winning. Nothing but love here peeps. Check it out, and start funding something awesome!

Crowdrise makes it easy to support just about any cause. Unlike the major charitable "organizations" that only cents on every dollar actually go to those in need, crowdrise is transparent. You can see exactly how much is going to your cause. WI'll absolutely participate in the same charity next year.

I can't say enough how impressed I have been with using Crowdrise to raise funds for a serious situation that needed immediate support. The team was responsive and also fun in their communication style. I wholeheartedly recommend Crowdrise for anyone who is looking to do crowd funding. I really appreciate them making it an easy and very positive experience!

First time experience with a website like this and I found it straightforward and easy to use. When I had overlooked some of the instructions and wanted to make some changes on the display of my name, the customer service was extremely helpful and kind. Great site.

Despite the jaw-dropping simplicity of their site, I managed to turn my project into an absolute dog's breakfast.
I reached out to Customer Service at CrowdRise, and within a very short period of time, I heard back from Kate, who did not contact me to ask about the problem, but to let me know that the problem had been solved and my project back on track.
If, like me, your nine year old refuses to keep helping you out of trouble, you can be confident that the Team at CrowdRise is there to drag your fat out of the fire.
And, unlike your nine year old, they won't make fun of you while they do it.

CrowdRise is a new-age, fantastic website for fundraising. My employer began using CrowdRise for our 'donation days' this year. So many employees enjoy the wealth of information and searching for local charities that can be found using this site! You definitely aren't worried that your money is going to the right place(s)! CrowdRise is exceptional! Very worth the time to check it out and sharing with your friends and family! CrowdRise gets my vote for excellence!

After using a number of different crowd funding pages I have found Crowdrise to be the most user friendly. Not only is it easy to use but it basically does everything for you, it's a secure way to donate funds and ensure they go to the right place. It helps to legitimize fundraising online which is always great!

Working with Crowdrise through my fundraising for the Animal Rescue League for the Boston Marathon was a total and complete delight. Every email I got from them made me laugh and just made me so appreciative for what I'm doing. It really was a pleasure to work with them.

I am super impressed with the amazingly fast and responsive service provided by Crowdrise via email; and also, incredibly friendly and patient representatives/people. I was a grocery checker for 7 years while in high school and college and after college continued in service, a Billing Dept at a long-distance carrier! So i absolutely appreciate and value exceptional customer service and that's why i do most of clothes shopping at Nordstrom. I set up a Crowdrise site for the first time in early March for our Los Altos High School Haiti Club students to fundraise for SOPUDEP and was super impressed with Kate and Wes' help with my endless questions. Then just yesterday, in lighting speed Bryn helped with a donor who accidentally set up her own page versus donate on my daughters' page. Seriously, your customer service is a wonderful experience for a company that is probably not a Fortune 500. If you are doing a cause or charity related funding drive, CrowdRise is as good as it gets. Because it is easy to use, you can be set up very quickly. Customer service is terrific, and transaction costs are the lowest I have seen. I also love their attitude, including their openness to suggestions for new features and tweaks to the current system. Fundraising is hard work, and the team at CrowdRise tries to make it fun so you do not get discouraged. This is a first class organization that I highly recommend! And I especially want to thank Byrn, Wes and Kate for their amazingly fast and consistent responses and wonderful attitudes. They are a joy to work with!!!

I had no idea how to set up a fundraiser or how to make it part of a team. I sent one email and Wes helped right away. Then I couldn't get the name to show up right, after a few trials, I asked Wes again, and he and Bryn replied with easy step by step instructions, plus they even threw in a few magic tricks behind the scenes. They both were quick to respond and very helpful! I did have the best Tuesday of my life, thanks Bryn and Wes. You guys are awesome! Best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you!!

I renamed my fundraiser and when I tried to share it via Facebook , the old name kept showing up. I reached out for help and fortunately got Bryn to assist me! I was really taken care of , and my fundraiser had the updated name like I wanted. Bryn is the saver of days, and changer of names. Thanks again.

Crowdrise is amazing. We have just set up our first online fundraiser, and Crowdrise somehow makes it really, really easy. It is like they have the whole set-up process tuned to exactly what a new and naive customer needs to do. They take you through the steps and make it fun too. What is really amazing to me is how delightful (and thorough) each customer service experience is. So when I see an email from Crowdrise, I know I am going to get my problem solved, and have fun reading what Bryn or Daphne sent me. I love that there is a real person having a good time, on the other side of that email!

Crowd Rise has brought to my attention the importance of what we as individuals can do to help others. Giving a little bit can help wonders! Having such a kind reliable source is amazing and worth having.

CrowdRise worked great for our fund raising campaign! Easy setup, Easy linking to social media, easy fund transfer setup. The common word is easy! Great, responsive customer service made this even better! I highly recommend using them!

I was hesitant to use any service for fund raising, just not comfortable. CrowdRise has been reliable and delivered the funds immediately and in full. There were no hidden fees.
