High loss and pilferage
Items get lost easily even if there are low / nil order volume. Dispatch and return processes are weak, and often lead to losses. Many of my items have been lost and they dont compensate saying its above the contracted accuracy rate. One of my high value fabric rolls got lost despite the fact that it should have just been placed in one identified rack. On top of that, the last physical inventory count had 1660 items, and when i shipped them out, they packed only 1649 items. More items were lost just like that. The manager Kaif and head Durgesh have been totally irresponsible. Not trustworthy with your goods, please avoid using their services.
