I bought some shorts size 16 and they were HUGE. I wear 16 with 100% of everything I buy and can’t understand why cotton traders is so different. I changed to a 14 and they are still too big but I don’t want to pay postage to return again as it’s not worth it. I don’t know if this is a one off and maybe a fault but I can’t risk ordering again.

Nice customer service staff
Nice customer service staff. Rang to get a refund after charged double postage for returning two.items in the same package! Nice trick if you can pull it off, relying on customers not checking the accuracy of the amount they are refunded. Customer service member sorted it quickly but said they had previously fed back to management about the problem but it clearly hasn't been sorted! Hmmm.....I wonder why???

I can only apologise you were charged two return fees, unfortunately when the warehouse was booking on your return it was accidentally separated and processed as two parcels.
