Easy to order, great choice and great prices

I'm only giving half stars (3/5) as I've only received half my order. I have sent an email explaining the non-receipt but not yet had a reply, so I don't know what's happening. The one pair of trousers I have received are very good quality and style and I'm looking forward to receipt of the other pair ordered.

Although the fit and fabric was good, the lack of pockets means I will not be buying anymore.

The goods are just as I expected and fully satisfactory.
The on-line ordering was not easy. I have (had) an account but I wasn't recognised. I called to be told "if you haven't used your account recently, our system may not remember/recognise you." So I checked out as a guest. More of a hassle than I expected.

Dress was faulty so returned and no big deal but the real problem is EVRI who are a complete nightmare. ETA and there were two and neither were applied and so called customer service is AI. Will think seriously about buying elsewhere

This is the second time I have bought these vests. I love that they are 100pc cotton, they feel good to wear and are cool. They wash well on a warm wash. Very pleased.

When you order essential clothes on line, especially for a loved one, you need the clothes to be right, the description to be correct and the transaction to be smooth. The delivery needs to be as you requested. All of these boxes were ticked as successful

Really bad delivery was late,no updates on where it was also when to be delivered poor service

I’m currently working through old accounts that I no longer use and deleting them. Sometimes this is easy, with an online button, sometimes this is hard.

Cotton Traders is the worst I’ve come across. They have no option to contact Customer Services by anything except phone and letter, and no way to make GDPR requests by anything other than by post.

This may, in itself, be discriminatory but would almost certainly fall under the category of making exercising rights unnecessarily hard.

Good delivery timescale, goods as per description.

I went to collect my parcel and waited from 9am for 45 mins with other customers but store didn’t open - went again on another occasion at 9am and gave up at 9.20 so parcel still there
