Item sold out but no information sent to me
Ordered 3 items. Only 2 arrived but the third was noted as arriving separately.
After 10 days from placing the order, I had to ring your Customer Services about the missing item and was then told that it had sold out. There was no mention of this when I placed the order, and your call handler said that I should have been informed earlier which I was not.

Very nice chino trousers
The chino trousers I ordered are a lovely colour (washed lilac) and they have useful pockets. Ideal for summer as the fabric is not too thick. Ordered size 22 and there is plenty of room in them.

Nice & Easy does it.
Ordering from Cotton Traders is an easy task - sizes and colours marked clearly. Colours of items true to the picture. Delivery always good - on time and clothes always packed neatly. Middle of the road prices for high quality clothes. Selection is really good as is colourways. Mens clothes also good. My husband loves their stuff. Plenty of different inside leg sizes for trousers/cargo pants. Good colours too and plenty of trendy t-shirts. Also love their summer sandal selection.

I bought a pair of Chinos a couple of…
I bought a pair of Chinos a couple of weeks ago and was very happy so made a new purchase size 38 waist and 31 length same as before but in blue. Have collected the new buy but they are 32.5 inches long so much too long so I will return them. What has gone wrong with your quality control?
