Really great customer service
Really great customer service, took my Brompton in for a service and had an issue where the bike wasn't riding properly. The issue was identified and one of the staff (Jazz I think his name was?) arranged for Brompton to cover the repairs under the warranty (the bike had passed the warranty date by a few months). All fixed and good as new. Unfortunately I left the store and immediately rode over a screw which completely damaged my rear tyre. Just my luck! Brought it back in and they fixed it straight away. Will definitely use Condor again.

Bike experts!
I booked in to get my handle bars changed to a more narrow set up due to some discomfort, before the bike was even taken down stairs the mechanic pointed out that 1) the handlebar does need changing and 2) my seat post needs adjusting along with my saddle. This was all done on the day and the bike was ready when I finished work. The changes have made it feel like a completely new ride and I couldn’t be happier! 5 out of 5!
