Dealing with Condor is always a satisfactory experience, the products ordered were exactly as described, well packaged and arrived here promptly.
Also, the sales staff at Condor are helpful and I get the impression that if any problem did arise it would be swiftly dealt with !

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a front rack for an upcoming bike trip and was worried it would not arrive in time. Explaining my situation and concern, the customer service rep who reached out to me offered to send the rack DHL Express with no extra cost to me.

Condor make rubbish frames
I have a mint condition Condor Fratello-hardly been ridden& very expensive
But the frame suddenly developed a crack at the top of the seat tube
I asked Condor to help
They said its none of their business to help
Told me to get lost
Laughed at me when i suggested they might donate a steel tube to insert by way of repair
I always believed you got a superior level of quality from Condor to go with their extortionate prices
But its all an advertising lie
They sell crap at eyewatering prices& care nothing about customer service
Never go there again!

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s really important that we balance this review with the truth as nothing is factually correct. We have not once told you to get lost or laughed at you. The frame is second-hand and 15+ years old, so to say it’s hardly been ridden is not the case, nor do you know its history. We said from the start that we couldn’t repair or warranty a frame of this age. That is not unreasonable and I’m sure that anyone reading this review will agree.
I’m sorry that you are upset about it and it’s a shame that you felt leaving a completely unfair and unfounded review was the right thing to do simply because we wouldn’t give in. There is a reason we have been around for nearly 80 years and have an excellent reputation. This wouldn’t be the case if there was any basis to what you’re saying.
In spite of the above, I have sent you an email and perhaps we can work something out.
