Yes I, too bought a cat cactus and received a bag of yarn. W T F? What's wrong with people? Why is this world always trying to rip people off?😞

I'm so disappointed with Instagram, Paypal, and of course myself. I will never buy anything off of Instagram or use Paypal again. Over 200 people are saying the exact same thing. Do they think we're making it up?

Just like everyone on this review site I received 2 pieces of stinky (chemical smell) rope! This is so wrong and PayPal is allowing them to get away with it.

Same problem as everyone else. The only thing that arrived was green and white rope. No response to emails. Grrrrrr!!!! Never again will I order direct. Only use Amazon and maybe Etsy.

BAG OF ROPE instead of the cat cactus. Note to my partner- he is no longer allowed to order anything from China EVER AGAIN! We had the same issue with shoe boxes we ordered. LOLZ What a joke.

i'm going through the same thing everyone else is. received two bags of rope instead of the product i ordered. Paypal refused my claim and just yesterday i have reopened it. I have all my information and hoping i get my refund this time (but it looks like i won't). I wish i would have seen this before i ordered the cactus cat climber.

I ordered what I thought was a scratching post for my cats and what I received was 2 pieces of rope (for almost $34). I put in a dispute with Pay Pal and the company wanted to refund me $7. I declined this through Pay Pal Credit and am waiting for further instructions from Pay Pal Credit. Now not even the website for this company is available. It seems they are scam artists. What a shame.

UPDATE: I still haven't gotten anywhere. Additionally, their website is not available and can't find FOLLOgagas_US on Facebook.

I received two pieces of rope instead of my cat scratcher cactus and PayPay now says I have to send them back to Hong Kong from the US within 10 days to get a refund. This company and PayPal should be ashamed.

After about a month of waiting for my order, I assumed that this was a scam and I'd never get my order. However today it came. And it was two pieces of rope instead of a cat scratch post. Their website is down. So. Yeah.

Same as everyone else. Disputing with CC company. Bought as a guest through PayPay with a credit card, Paypal said I had to open an account to dispute through them.

WAS SENT TWO PACKS OF ROPE, as was everyone else. I ordered this on a site called fashionbinling.com, which i saw an ad on Instagram. I will be reaching out to both instagram and paypal.

disgusting, was so excited to get two pieces of CRAPPY rope, thought it was a joke, will do whatever I can to make sure that this scammer is caught, will be trying to get a full refund.

Cocomaking’s ad on Instagram was extremely deceptive. I too ordered a cat scratching post and received two bundles of rope. I reported the ad on Instagram but if it still exists DO NOT ORDER from them!! I will proceed with caution ordering anything on Instagram, pretty despicable they let advertisers scam people

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a complete scam, they will only send you yarn. I didn't believe the reviews but they are correct. I never received my product and will be disputing the charges. And I will never buy anything off Instgram again since they are letting fraud company sell things online.

Do not order from this company they are nothing but scammers you will not get your product. Buyer beware do not order from this company I have reported them. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, I am filing a suit against them, they messed with the wrong person and they will pay. Do not order from this company they take your money and do not send you your product. Karma is a b and they will be getting theirs

DO NOT BUY. Just like everyone else, we were scammed. Ordered this in early December. My kids were very excited to get this as a holiday gift for our cat. After 6 weeks, we received nothing but two bundles of rope. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company is shameful!
Lesson learned.

Cocomaking is a Scam!. Received bag of rope instead of Cat climbing Cactus and it took over 1 month to get it. Website does not exist, redirects to non available. Sender did not email back when asked for return the address. Will dispute charges

Well.. I also received a bag of rope. I believe the company is now running by the name of ‘grey dragon’ as it is the same price as ‘coco making’ very disappointed
