Seems like we all got ripped off

Seems like we all got ripped off. Will be contacting Paypal. They need to drop his company. My only thought is they couldn’t afford the new tariffs on a large item so they sent us the materials to use our imaginations and make our own. 😂😂😂✔️

Don’t buy from Cocomaking

Same story here! Ordered back in December. Contacted the company via web form in early January since their website says they ship in 2-3 days. Received two bundles of rope and nothing else. Definitely contacting PayPal now.

Scam

We all must be receiving our yarn on the same day. Took me a a while to figure out what it was supposed to be. Never buy from China just a bunch of scammers. I will be trying to figure out how to get my money back.

SCAMMERS

My co worker ordered the cat cactus tree for $33.00 she ended up getting green and white rope in the mail. She is contacting her credit union to try and cancel payment as well as cancelling her debit card. This place is a joke. Definitely a SCAM!!!!!

Ordered a cute cat scratching tree that…

Ordered a cute cat scratching tree that was supposed to look like a cactus, and today I got 2 hanks of twine in the mail. I am SO mad. I knew this company was a fraud as soon as I clicked the button and the name of the "real" company my money was going to popped up. I hope by reviewing this no other people get scammed by these repugnant Chinese thieves.

I’m the wrong one

I’m the wrong one. If it cost me thousands of dollars I will find these pigs. China is not as big as they think and the morons use a computer which leaves a digital trace. These people should be very scared Karma is a big bad man that will find them

ZERO stars

ZERO stars! Same thing - ordered the cactus scratching post and got rope. Also filed a claim with PayPal. Seller offered partial refund of $6 to the $33 I paid. Uh... declined. Am afraid I am not going to get my full refund. I wonder if anyone else will be getting a refund trying to go through PayPal...?

Another victim to bad advertisement. I actually did look up the company because I’ve ordered other things through Instagram that also disappointed me. So bummed!

Sh**!

Same here, what can I do?? I filed a claim through PayPal and have emailed the company. I hope PayPal wishes up that this is actually a scam. I guess shame on us for ordering off insta :( I’m so bummed and embarrassed that I fell for it!! I of course can’t find my original order confirmation but the shipping confirmation I got a couple days ago says “cute cactus cat scratch rope”. This is how they are getting away with it.

Looks like I've had the same experience…

Looks like I've had the same experience as everyone else... I ordered a cactus cat tree and over a month later received only a bundle of rope. The website itself (with loads of "reviews" showing photos of complete cat trees) no longer exists. Filing a claim through PayPal, though when reviewing the order receipt itself I noticed it does say "rope" at the end - this seller was being clever and sneaky, as that is not AT ALL what was described on the site but technically does match what was sent. Since the site is down and can't be verified against the dispute I'm wondering if I'll get my money back or if I'll have to dispute with my bank too. Very frustrated.
