Terrible scam
Terrible scam. These people take advantage of people who love cats. A package of rope was all I received!
Like everyone else I never received it!
Like everyone else I never received my cactus cat tree! I ordered it early December and today is Jan 19th. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t buy from them ... scam, scam, scam. I’m going to try getting my money back.
I believe I got scammed as well
I believe I got scammed as well. Ordered a cat tree on 12/14 and unlike most people, I didn’t even receive rope. Nothing at all. I filed a claim with PayPal so hopefully I can get my $31 back.
Same Here...
I'm in the same boat as everyone else. 2 bundles of sisal rope. I emailed both the address o the confirmation email i received and the one in the PayPal transaction. I then disputed my PayPal charge and they are currently reviewing the case. I don't know if it'll do anything or if this is a $34 life lesson but if anyone else went through PayPal - I recommend you dispute.
Shame on these people.
Scam - dispute your charge!
Same as everyone else. Total scam. Ordered on 12/8/19 waited a month and all I got is rope - nothing else is coming, fedex tracking shows sole order shipment completed on 1/10/20 - and now the cocomaking website does not even exist anymore. On my credit card bill the $ went to Duong Chang or something like that. I disputed it and my credit card (chase sapphire) credited me back.
Scam
Waited 6 weeks for my Christmas cat gift (cactus scratching post) and ended up with two piles of rope like most others.
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: DO NOT BUY THIS.
Wish I could leave zero or negative stars. This is such BS. This was a Christmas gift!!
Received two pieces of green and white rope NOT THE CACTUS CAT TREE AS PICTURED. This is a total scam, false advertising, and deceitful manipulation by the seller. I immediately notified my credit card company for a full refund and I will contact the police and law enforcement and pursue further legal action if necessary. You should be ashamed of yourself. What a pathetic coward POS.

Like everyone else my daughter received 2 ropes. So now I'm going to make one instead. No wonder they were so cheap. Bunch of swindlers. Hope karma gets them
Like everyone else here I also received…
Like everyone else here I also received two hunks of rope - one green and one sand color and no cat tree. Have contacted PayPal and my credit card company. I also posted a warning on their FB page that this was a scam.

This is a total rip off and I'm sad I didn't come across this page earlier. You think you buy a cactus scratching pole at a reasonabe price, but instead you get a piece of green rope not nearly long enough to build a scratching pole yourself. The store website is no longer online so I have nowhere to complain. I've learned a valuable lesson not to buy anymore from advertisements shown on Instagram.
They're SCAMMERS
They're SCAMMERS,
They change the name of facebook page and delete the web page.
The new name is: Followgagas_US and Followgaga_US
SCAM, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!
Received rope only, no scratching post. I will be filing a fraud claim via PayPal.
Was just scammed too
Was just scammed too. Received 2ropes as well. Why can't we report these to the better business Bureau to have them look into these?? Second time it revolves around a cat tree!
Rip off
Rip off. They misrepresent what they're selling(says it requires assembly but that it's a full cat scratching post--turns out it's just two pieces of rope), aren't forthcoming about where it's coming from (thought the company was based in the US but it is not) or when you should receive the item (never got a tracking number) and then destroy the website so you can't even back track.
THIS IS A SCAM!
THIS IS A SCAM!! As with other reviewers, received two bags of string. CALL PAYPAL and file a claim. Terrible.
Of course this is a scam
Yup. Also got scammed. Same exact thing happened to me. I’m very annoyed, but mostly at myself
Too late to be of any help since…
Too late to be of any help since Cocomaking has since taken down their website. But I was also scammed. I paid $31.19 for a gift for my cousin, an adorable cat tree for her new kitties. She went through a lengthy mourning period over the loss of her last cat. This was to celebrate the new ones for her and her husband. I ordered it and waited excitedly for the surprise. The shipping took a while. I texted to make sure a porch pirate didn't get the gift only to find out they only got a bag of rope. Crushing.
