Didn't get what I ordered. Its like they just sent random stuff. Will not order from them again! Typically I read reviews and for whatever reason this time I did not. My own fault.... China products....

These people poisoned my cats coffee with cyanide. All I asked them to do was give me a cat tree. I was making my cat his morning almond cappuccino and he fell over dead after ward my neighbor came in to see if he was alright. He seemed to be surprised to see me. He asked me what happened. I told him that this company must have killed my cat cause knew too much.

Same as the rest. Never receiver the cat pole from china, but we did get COVID-19 from them which is something

I was scammed by this company. I received two pieces of rope - I expect it cost them $1. I tried to contact them but was no reply.

Yes, I got rope only and Paypal did not refund as it was proven that something was posted.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Thought my experience with paypal would've been worst based off everyone's interactions. I copied and pasted a template one fellow reviewer provided further back and changed some stuff, added photos. I submitted a claim through the resolution center and got hit back with vendor wanting to refund USD $7. I didn't accept the claim, meaning Paypal will do some more investigations, and I just got an email back saying they're refunding me the full amount.

One thing I did do though, was photoshopp out the "rope" in the screenshot of my receipt, because I don't remember seeing it there when I purchased it. Maybe that helped..? OR I just got lucky.

Exact same lousy experience... waited two months, received only rope (in a package labeled 'pet dresses') and no response to ten email inquiries. Scam!!!

Paypal straight REFUSED to refund me my money back because I checked out as a guest and unfortunately the salutation greeting for the main email (not my backup email) has been synced to a previous address (and name of a person) where I used to live, so they're acting like I'm the scammer when this place scammed me.

I didn't receive the cat cactus tree as advertised, in fact I had to remind them to ship me my order after waiting for weeks. I got the tracking info later which made me think it was legit. Once I got the item it was YARN! I'm super annoyed because that's not what I paid for and that Paypal was of no help. I contacted my bank and I'm hoping to get my money back and put this behind me.

I closed my Paypal account due it's poor service and lack of buyer protection. NEVER AGAIN!

I wrote a previous post here and have since opened a dispute with PayPal.
I too, got two pieces of string instead of the scratching post.
After opening the dispute with PayPal, the seller offered me a $7:00 refund which I refused.
Then PayPal asked me to return the rope with tracking to get a refund.
This would have cost a minimum of $21.20 AUD.
So I rang PayPal and talked with a member of their refund team and they agreed to a full refund without needing to send back the rope.
I said how I use PayPal a lot and how disappointed I was that I had to send the rope back to get a refund.
They agreed to refund me in full without needing to send the rope back.
So I would advise that if you have paid using PayPal try what I did.
The refund team member says they have now removed the seller from PayPal.

I hope others are able to get a full refund.

Yes, just yarn and rope and took MONTHS to get to the states -- there is also NO SUPPORT.

I got scammed too. However I lodged a complaint with paypal. It was quite a long process but I am getting my money back. You need to lodge a dispute, provide evidence and explain the transaction/scam. The vendor will offer to settle for not the full amount and if you reject ask you to send back the item to HK. Paypal will reimburse you for postage for up to 4 transactions but need to provide proof of postage and receipt. After the item is received in HK. Paypal will return your money within 30 days as vendor won't respond. Good luck.

Trying to find out how and if I can get my money back

I ordered a cat cactus tree and they gave me a cheap rope and they have not gave me my money back.. I would not buy from them ever they are scam and bad..

Cocomaking is now operating at animalhug.com and still selling the same crap. Paypal sucks, and I reported to the FTC too. This is crazy that paypal is standing behind these a-holes.

Same scam as others have reported. Also want to second the poster who went to PayPal and got no results. I contacted them an opened a case. They said that they would give the merchant time to respond and they would get back to me. Well, they SAY they tried to contact me 3 times and when I did not respond to the offer of $7US for the 'rope' and closed the case in their favor. WELL my email address begins with an "L" and I believe they were using a "1" so we never got the emails. Tried to re-open but was told forcefully by Maria at PP that she could do it but the reply would be they'd deny my claim again. Have called my credit card company to see if they will reverse the charges. Hoping. $33US is a lot to pay for two hanks of rope!!
