Ordered a cat tree

Ordered a cat tree, got a bag of rope - for $33.80. It came 7 weeks late and was not at all what was pictured. I filed a claim with paypal which is dragging out as well but I'm sure I will get my refund. If I knew it was coming from China I would have never ordered it, but the tell tale signs (broken English, bad spelling, odd wording) were simply not there. Mad at myself as well, just like other reviewer!

REALLY!!! -What a RIP OFF!!! DO NOT order from this company!!!!!

REALLY!!!! What a RIP OFF!!! I too thought I was ordering a cactus climbing tree and received a bag of rope.....UNBELIEVABLEi would give no stars but not able to. It is a damn disgrace that these people get away with this. It also took almost two months for this to arrive after ordering. It turns you off ordering anything online especially when it comes from China....they must be laughing their heads off....

Why does facebook allow these ads?

I too was duped. Paypal denied my claim because the vendor suddenly updated their shipping information. However, I am trying to reopen the case and Paypal's system won't let me. I will try to contact them over the phone to have this resolved. Otherwise, I will try to have the charge on my card (via paypal) reversed. I trusted facebook to have a better screening process for their ads...I guess those can't be trusted either...

Total scam

Total scam! After a lot of back and forth with PayPal, an agent noted abuse on Guan's account. Hopefully they can shut him down so he is unable to continue to scam customers

TOTALLY GOT ROBBED

I, too, just got duped. I’m out $34. 3 months after ordering and reporting scam to PayPal, I got my bag of rope. How do we get this guy and the company? I work for a corporate law firm and plan on reporting him/company name on PayPal and Cocomaking on every scam site and federal scam site possible. Any ideas?

SCAM!!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered the cactus scratching post and like so many others I was scammed. I received a cheap tin owl necklace. Others have received a bag of rope. This company, and all of their other alias business names, need to be banned from all social media and web marketing.

I couldnt believe my eyes when i saw those two piece of jutes that costed me a fortune. I was trying to figure out why I had ordered that... and then I realised it was the scratching post for my cats. I was in total anger. Unbelievable how people can be so evil. Unfortunately I paid with my credit card instead of paypal, does anyone think I can get my money back? I cant believe it!

Take Action!

Add me to the list of people duped by this scam. When I received the jute rope yesterday, after waiting over a month for the promised cat scratching cactus post...let’s just say I was really mad and wanted to take action. I contacted PayPal’s resolution center to file a complaint and gave them supporting evidence. This evening I was notified that they investigated the matter and PayPal decided in my favor and they’ve already refunded to me the entire transaction amount of $33.98.
Alright, PayPal!!!

I too received the 2 rolls of jute today. What the hell am I supposed to do with that? I have filed a claim with PayPal but see that the shop is no longer online to complain to them. I was able to find an email address and I let them have it. I better get a refund through PayPal. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Horrible scam!

Horrible scam!! If I could give zero stars I would. This is worse than bad. It is horrible. We were so excited to get this for our cats. We ordered it on Dec 13 and it arrived on Jan 22. And just like everyone else we received a small package of yarn. This is unacceptable.

Just jute

Just jute? Are you kidding? Ordered a cute cat tree for my girl for Christmas and all I get is jute? Tried to go online with Cocomaking and there is no website! If I can dig for an address, I will report them to the BBB. This is such a scam.

Well I fell for the scam same as everyone else. I was so excited to receive my package. I walked through the door & asked my husband, "Did I get a package?" He said, "the only package you got is right there." indicating the small soft package on the counter. What the HELL!?? Yep! 2 bundles of yarn...WOW!!! I tried to email the company using the information provided, but the email is "undeliverable." Also also tried the website with no luck. So yes, I too shall be contacting my credit union to dispute. Not sure if they will be able to recover the money, but worth a try.

Angry customer!!

Scam

Happened to me as well. Just received my package today. Sent the company an email. Who knows if it’ll actually do anything. What the actual f$&! $30 for ROPE?!!

What’s the best course of action? Report to PayPal? Report to my bank? Ordered over a month ago so I’m skeptical reporting a charge would even help.

For once I didn't look for reviews on a company and I got scammed just like everyone else and got a bag of two bundles of cheap rope. Discovered after going back to the website that you have to click on the drop down box to see the price of cactus. Wish I could give less than bad. Deliberate misleading Ad by picturing only the cactus and giving only cactus description and never mentioning being able to order just the rope or even what is the rope's length.
