Great to know that PayPal enables scammers like this. Received 2 bags of rope several weeks late; PayPal said they would refund if I returned to HK registered mail, which cost more than the initial pr... See more

SCAM!
Like everyone else, I received green and white rope. Their website is no longer up, shocker.
I'm embarrassed to have placed this order.
I ORDERED A CAT TOWER AND THEY SENT ME ROPE.
Same as everyone here.. We got Suckered
Same as everyone here.. we got suckered.. UUGGHHHH, I am usually so careful too. Can't believe they are still selling this item on quite a few different websites as well. Mine was purchased through Bestone Trade Limited..keep an eye out for that scam site too
Just received my ROPE?! This is a compete RIP OFF. I purchased through paypal and hope I can get refund..
Consider reporting to FTC
Same as the other reviewers reported. Payal is still doing nothing, nor is it acknowledging that this is a scam. I think we can report this to the FTC. Maybe if they get 200 complaints, they will at least flag the company? I couldn't post the link, but google ftc complaint assistant.
I did not receive the complete…
I did not receive the complete scratching post. Just rope. No directions or supplies. If I wanted to build it myself and purchase supplies I would have. Price was excessive for rope.
Zero stars
Zero stars. Scam. Ordered a scratching post, received twine.
I would give this zero stars
I would give this zero stars. It’s a scam. Why even bother sending me green and white rope? What the heck am I supposed to do with that?
Super Scam Yo.
Super Scam Yo.
Same as everyone else. Sorry y'all. Lesson learned. :(
Cocomaking is gone
Cocomaking has since renamed their online merchant account and the cocomaking website is gone. This is complete fraud! I have submitted a claim to dispute the charges through Paypal, and declined the $7 partial "refund" which basically covers shipping only. I suggest we all dispute these charges for a piece of rope when it was clearly advertised as a cat tree.
Same as everyone just got green and…
Same as everyone just got green and white ropes!!!! None of the ordered items arrived!!!
Effin' rope
Effin' rope! When I opened it, I had no flippin' clue WTH it even was because I order a lot of stuff online but I knew I didn't order no damn rope. Took me till today to figure out that's what it was SUPPOSED to be that cactus cat scratcher! I'M LIVID!!!!!!!!!!
Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else. You just get green and white rope...like $2 worth.
Ripped off too
Same as everyone. Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, then yesterday one white and one green ball of sisal looking yarn turned up. Obviously they are working on the premise that the description is just enough to cover them, as it ends in rope. However, it is clear from everyone's comments on this site that we all expected the complete item, i.e. the cactus looking scratch post. I have flagged with PayPal, hopefully they will do the right thing.
UPDATE 07/02/20:
On 30/01 I was offered a partial refund of $8 by PayPal, which i refused. Then got a full refund offer on 06/02, but saying I have to return the item to get it. Called PayPal, spoke to someone there. He offered a solution where PayPal will reimburse you for the cost of posting the item (Refunded Returns.) So I am going to send the twine back on PayPal's dime. Not the straight refund, but hoping by getting PayPal to pay for the return they may start investigating this seller and prevent this happening to other people.
Update 13/02/20
Shipped back to China on the 12th, paid AU$22 to get tracking to Hong Kong. Was reimbursed for shipping by PayPals Refunded Return service less than 6 hours later. So that does work. Will see how the refund goes with the seller. Took photos of receipts and documents. Seller has been advised item is on it's way back.
Update 02/03/20
Item arrived in HK at supplied address on the 24/02/20. Seller took no action so PayPal refunded me the full amount on 01/03/20. So anyone who has received the rope should send back the item, get refunded via Refunded Returns and wait. Don't let this guy get away with it!
Same here
Same here. Ordered December 14th. I did not get confirmation on order. I made complaint with PayPal and said they must not be legit. I emailed through PayPal with no reply. PayPal said to give the seller more time. Today I recently threw small bags of rope. I emailed again for way to return since I have no details. I’ll try PayPal again. $106 down the drain!
Yes scam
Yes scam. I did the same thing. Ordered the scratching post for $34 and received just 2 bundles of rope. I could have gotten that at any hardware/home improvement store. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY!!
SCAM!!!
My experience is the same as everyone else. Took 6 weeks to receive my order which I thought was good no to be a cute cactus climbing frame for our cat and ended up with a bag of rope! Website has been shut down, so no contacting the seller. I have disputed with PayPal....we shall see. Hoping they shut this company down once and for all!!!
SCAM.
SCAM.
I received yarn instead of a cat tree. I think that's clear.
Over a month after I placed the order…
Over a month after I placed the order and they took my money, I, too, got a skein of rope. The XXXXX are still conning people by shutting down one "company" and advertising under a new name. I saw the ads on Facebook.
Total Scam!
Ordered from CocoMaking site on December 13th. Instagram user: goodsbibi520 was promoting the product saying "Every cat deserves this Cute Cactus Cat Climbing Frame". Since the website took PayPal as a payment, I assumed that it was legit. Today I received a bag with two (2) bundles of Chinese rope. I wish Instagram and PayPal could do something about it.
