I click the link on instagram. It's a scam.

Ordered the cat cactus. Never got it. It’s definitely a scam.

I, too, ordered a cat scratching post well before Christmas and have never received it. I have just sent off my second email to them before reading these reviews. I'll be filing a complaint with my bank too.

I also ordered this cat tree which I saw many ads for on Facebook. Used my debit card and the order went through PayPal. I received two small hanks of green and white hemp in a small package. There was no information in the package and the return address was unreadable. Checked on the store - it's no longer available. I called my bank today and they are filing a dispute. Who knows what will happen. I've never been scammed like that before.

In the same boat as everyone else, 2 pieces of rope...
Just want to let everyone know I just received a full refund from PayPal this morning, I also provided the URL for this chat which prob helped. Didn’t need to send the rope anywhere to receive the refund.
They offered to give me the $8 US which I rejected last week.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST, BOUGHT A WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A CACTUS CAT POST AS A GIFT, THE GIFTEE GOT A ROPE, SHE WAS NOT HAPPY , I WAS NOT HAPPY, THEN THIS CLOWN WANTS TO GIVE ME 8USD ON A 33.98 PURCHASE,PAYPAL INFORMED ME TODAY THAT IF I SEND THE PIECE OF ROPE BACK TO HONG KONG BY A CERTAIN DATE THEN I CAN GET A FULL REFUND, WHICH AFTER SHIPPING LEAVES ME WITH ABOUT 2 DOLLARS AND CHANGE, THERE IS A VERY SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR SAD EXCUSES OF A HUMAN BEING LIKE THIS CRIMINAL. AND WHEN HE SHOWS UP IN THE PIT, I'LL BE THERE. WORST SELLER EVER . KARMA IS COOMING JIZZBUBBLE. Oh no! Just read all your reviews and realised I must have been scammed too as this never came! First time this has ever happened, I think I'll stick with amazon next time.

Is there anything we can do about this to report them to the police or other authority?

It took a long time before They finally send a message that it was coming, after sending 2 mails to them... now a month later it's still "waiting" to be shipped... right...
Never arrived and never will. But I believe their site is offline now right..

Been scammed too .. Ooh I feel so very stupid ! DId you guys got your money back from Paypal ?

I am a buyer in Australia also scammed receiving 2 balls of yarn and not a cactus cat scratching climbing frame as described, paid for and ordered. The website looked legit and professional.
I also feel they changed the 'description' from placing the order to the paypal 'description' which has the word 'rope'added. I sweat it did not read as rope when placing the order. $31. USD to get absolutely ripped off. Very angry at these parasites.
Have lodged a paypal dispute but going by these comments can't see much chance of getting my money back

I ordered the cat cactus tree and received 2 bags of just yarn in a small bag. Do not order from this company!!

Hey guys. I just got my rope! Site disappeared and the email address in my confirmation of purchase no longer exists. I’m glad I’m not alone though. We should all get together and do something cool with all this green rope we have.

UPDATE: If you paid via PayPal and you get a ridiculous resolution saying you have to return tiny hanks of rope, CALL BACK. Speak to someone who sounds stateside (as opposed to an overseas call center). They will re-review the case for you and see that it's clearly fraudulent and close the claim and reimburse you. I was so upset because at first I spoke to a lady who sounded like she was from the Philippines she told me there was nothing I could do I would have to return the items and then open a claim for shipping reimbursement, that only goes to $30. I called back and spoke to a great US based rep named Tyler who re-reviewed the case, said it was clearly fraudulent and that this seller's account would not be open for much longer. He reimbursed me and closed the case.

Whomever decided that i would need to return to the seller needs better training as does the overseas rep I first spoke to. Some things are common sense. Tyler was on point. If it's not from a site like eBay or Shein I will not be ordering anything else from a Chinese seller. I used Paypal for the sole purpose of having my purchase covered by a protection if i got ripped off and Tyler made that extra step worthwhile. It was humiliating enough to be scammed but worse when it seemed like I would have to spend more money to be refunded.

So Jason, or whatever your real name is, I hope you enjoyed spending what ever bit of money you spent sending tiny bits of rope and shipping them to the US because now YOU are in the red for it. Honesty is the best policy, jerk.

Now these cat scratchers are pricey but I was thinking cocomaking was cheap because they used thick corrugated cardboard instead of wood like the pricey ones. And that it would be tiny, maybe 2 feet tall tops and would require some assembly. I expect the scratchers to last 1~2 months top, which is why I purchased more than one. I had even got some scrap wood from Lowes and bought some brackets and zipties to reinforce the base so my bigger kids could scratch without this falling over on them. So no i didn't expect high quality. But to receive just a few hanks of rope????

It also doesn't help that FACEBOOK is helping them advertise by displaying their misleading ads. The ad I saw had 50 or so comments and the accounts looked real enough.

We've all been scammed. Paypal is useless. We opened up a dispute which they "resolved in our favor", but we're required to ship the bags of rope back to China at our own expense in order to get a refund. The seller has taken down their website. So I can spend $50 to ship bags of yarn back to China in order to get a $50 refund. Complete BS.

Yep. Me too. Totally scammed & got rope. $50 for rope!! I feel like the product description was changed after purchase too but don't really Have any way of checking. Have lodged a dispute with Paypal & sent them a link to this thread!! Lets hope they see it for what it is worth & refund me & the rest of us. If not I'll take to fair trading!

I can’t believe it! I got taken just like the rest of you!!! This is total fraud. How can they be getting away with this when these cat cactus 🌵 ( ropes ) are being shipped from California??? I’ve never used paypal before and I seriously never will again. Pretty angry 😡 as I have three new kitties and was looking forward to giving this to them to scratch on. Going to try to dispute with my CC company.
How do you dispute PayPal? I should be able to give ZERO stars!

Unfortunately we all have been scammed! I disputed charges with my credit card company as pay pal was only offering a partial refund.

Waited six weeks....got rope. Never replied to my earlier emails when I asked for an update on shipping. On top of that the customs label on the outside read "pet dresses". Fraud times two!

I just received my rope too. I cant believe I got scammed. I thought I was smarter than this. Now I have to find another cat cactus cuz I promised my kitties they would get one for late xmas and now they think i dont love them. Thanks a lot cocomaking!
