This is a scam

This is a scam - buyers beware. All you’ll get is some rope. They don’t reply to your emails. They aren’t an actual company.

I am also a victim of this scam

I am also a victim of this scam.
But I did get a refund from my bank. Because I could no longer find a link to the company to request a refund or make a complaint to them. Because there is no access to the company I was able to get a full refund. I called my bank's customer service number and explained the situation to them and had my refund in 24 hours. And yes the purchase was made through PayPal but the funds came from my bank. Call your bank or whomever provides your credit card that links to your PayPal account.

Good luck.

We got scammed...

We got the same rope as everyone else, even though the description stated all hardware needed for assembly included, and showed a cat scratch cactus tree. As you know there was nothing but rope, not even instructions to try and assemble it. It was definitely a scam, that I believe is now operating as another company. Same products, pics, "reviews." We did file a dispute with paypal, were offered $7, rejected the offer and a few days later received a full refund. So thank you PayPal!

I got scammed as well and seeing your…

I got scammed as well and seeing your comments here, before returning the very expensive pieces of rope I received instead of a cat scratching post, called PayPal who insisted there was nothing they could do and wouldn't reimburse me anything until I returned the product. You would think there would be something on file where PayPal can see it's a scam.

A SCAM

A SCAM!
DON’T BUY FROM COCOMAKING!
I ordered a cactus cat tree and all I got was a bag of green rope and white rope. I was ripped off. Want my money back. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!

Do not accept his settlement of $7, Paypal will get it all back.

I just wanted to let everyone know, I also fell for this scam and I did finally get every penny back through Paypal. The seller tried to settle for only giving me back $7. I denied it and a week later got everything back. With well over 300 of us complaining, I am sure there are also hundreds who did not. So the more of us who actually fight back for our money, maybe we can shut him down. Although scammers always figure out a way.

Block all these ad's on Facebook & Instagram

I don't understand why facebook is not doing anything about these scammer companies, I sent many messages about these companies I even received a reply saying they investigated my complaint and the company was legit! The credit card companies and even PayPal are helping these companies scam people out of their hard earned money! I hide or report every Ad from China on facebook & instagram! If everyone did that eventually they would think twice about allowing these scammers posting on their platforms, in fact I haven't seen a legitamate advertisement in days!

Scam: never received anything!!

I can acknowledge everything what has already been written. I too completely fell for this scam, I feel stupid now since I'm usually so cautious with these things...

I didn't receive any rope though (haha, what a stunt! NOT), but after sending an email on Jan 16th, I never got a reply from the infamous Cocomaking.com.

I am submitting a claim through Paypal as we speak, let's all do the same so pr*ck companies like this don't stand a chance!

Same experience for me too

Same experience as everyone else here. PayPal was telling me that I would have to return the item to get the refund, but after reading other reviews on here, I called their customer service number and kept telling people that I wouldn't get off the phone until they gave me a refund. It took a 37 minute phone call, and it did eventually work, but you definitely have to call the phone number and really fight for a refund.
