Great to know that PayPal enables scammers like this. Received 2 bags of rope several weeks late; PayPal said they would refund if I returned to HK registered mail, which cost more than the initial pr... See more

I was sucked in like everyone else
I was sucked in like everyone else. Exactly the same story, I thought I was paying for the cactus cat scratcher (for our cats Xmas present) and got 2 pieces of rope 2 months later. NO reply when I followed up with the company.
Update
Update: I got a full refund from PayPal. The seller tried to offer an $8 refund (seriously? After forking over $33USD for rope!) I refused and PayPal closed the case in my favour. Yay!
Contact your bank!
Like everyone else, same experience. I spent hours on the phone and filing claims with Pay Pal and their resolution is they would do a refund and pay shipping (if it had tracking) up to... $30. Shipping with tracking is $264. I was infuriated with Pay Pal and actually more annoyed with them than the scammers!
Good news! I contacted my bank (Chase) and one quick call and very few questions (and no returns required) and they reversed the charges. Start with your bank; Pay Pal is useless.
Cactus Tree RIP OFF!
Just like the others....I thought I was getting a cute cactus tree, but all I received was a package containing a green and a beige rope! For $31.19! RIP OFF!
Same issue
Same issue. Thought I'd bought a climbing frame but all you get is the rope.
Unfortunately I had a similar…
Unfortunately I had a similar experience regarding the cactus cat tree. I waiting 2 months expecting to receive a cute cat tree only to receive 2 things of rope. It wasn't until I re-opened the order that I realized it said "cactus climbing frame rope." The photos and description are completely misleading. Do not order from this company.
Total Scam!
Total scam, like all the other people, it looks like you are going to get the cute scratching post but two months later only two skeins of sisal arrived.
Then looking at the small details,on the website, you find a drop down menu and the scratching post is over $300.00!
And you have just ordered the rope!
Because it says 'green rope' on the order, you assume you are ordering the scratching post with the green coloured rope, and not just the rope!
Sad that people think it is okay to rip other people off.
I purchased a cat scratching cactus and…
I purchased a cat scratching cactus and they sent me string to make the cactus. It took over a month for me to receive the items. DON"T EVERY BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT'S A SCAM!
Right everyone
Right everyone. I have something positive to say about the cactus order. Mine was with Borrent but it's the same company and same cactus scratching post.
Upon receipt of my owl
Pendant ( which I didn't order) I contacted PayPal. I was offered $8 which of course I rejected. I was than asked to send back the pendant and I would get a full refund. I did this in this order:
1. Package pendant and take a photo of packaging.
2. Get postal receipt with proof of postage and tracking and proof of $ for post.
3. Go to your PayPal account, select the item and then press 'return postage cost'. Fill out and claim postage.
Now PayPal don't let you know this until you complain a lot. They will refund postage to $45. You must do this straight away.
After I did all this, I received full postage value after two days and she unloaded proof of posting item with tracking, they also refunded the item amount in full.
So follow these steps
And you should be ok x
TOTAL RIPOFF - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!
Same story here - TOTAL SCAM/RIPOFF!!! Wish I had known before I placed the order for the adorable "cactus cat tree" that I would be receiving two worthless pieces of colored rope!!!
Would give no stars if that were an option here.
Cactus cat tree scam
Horrible scam! I, as everyone else, received to bags of toxic smelling rope. Plus it took over two months for that to arrive. Wow!

Dont even want to give 1 star. Zero more the rating. Total waste of money for a non product. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. MAYBE THEY GOT THE VIRUS BUT THEY KNOW THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! 😡👹😱
SCAM!
Received green and beige rope instead of a cactus cat tower. Huge scam!
Literally a bunch of bullsh*t
Literally a bunch of bullsh*t, new website they setup to scam people is GreyDragon.net (cute cactus cat climbing frame). PayPal sent me an email that I would have to return the item back in order to get a refund. I called and told the PayPal rep everything and about the new scam website they setup that is also PayPal verified so they can shut it down and the guy determined it was an abuse of power and that I do not have to ship the ridiculous rope pieces back and will get a full refund. I took pictures of the new website that are exactly what was said on the Cocomaking, I would upload them here if I could. A thread needs to be started for their new website!
I am also going through process of…
I am also going through process of disputing my purchase and have received the PayPal settlement which costs a minimum of $26 to return within a week time which is impossible to do. I am also contacting my cc company to report this scam artist. The current ad for "cute cactus ..... " is greydragon. You do not know you are purchasing from China until the transaction is complete. The package I got says contents are "pet dresses". total scam.
Cactus tree rope scam
Wish you could give it a minus! I also got scammed too off of their ad on Perth Market Place for a Cactus scratching tree for my cat and received 2 pieces of nasty beige and green rope! Then PayPal allowed them to offer me just 10% of what I had paid! Out of the sheer principal of it all I am refusing to PAY to send it back to some dodgy name and address in China as PayPal have demanded of me if I want my money back! I am therefore out of pocket $70 for $7 worth of rope! PayPal have acted disgustingly regarding this scammer! Some people have been paid back and some of us haven’t where they’ve decided to play favourites or God as to whom they choose to believe as I believe that they owe thousands of dollars back out to their customers just on this one scammer! I am going to ring my local Ombudsman.
I would rather give it a minus
I would rather give it a minus. I am also disputing this fraudulent site Cocomaking and in contact with PayPal as we speak. Same as everyone else. Received 2 small pieces of rope. How can this keep happening to people?
Yup--the same thing happened to me
Yup--the same thing happened to me. I ordered the cactus cat tree in Dec and got rope on Feb 6th.
Scammed and Paypal will not refund me the full amount
After I received the rope like everyone else I opened an dispute with Paypal. The dispute included photos of the supposed product and the rope, plus a link to these reviews. Paypal finally said they would refund me if I shipped the rope back. I had thrown out the rope and said I would not go out of my way to ship back rope to a scammer in China. I called twice, the first rep I talked to said I had to ship it back, the second rep said Paypal would refund me half of what I paid. I don't know why Paypal will not refund me the full amount like others have stated on this website but now I no longer want to use Paypal to purchase anything.
