Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Delivery between 0900hrs and 1300hrs. Its now 1333 and i have been the next stop since 1034hrs this morning. The last time they completed a delivery there was no call to say they were going to be early and as such left the goods in the wrong place and meant I had to struggle on my own to move them.
I only gave a 1 star because lower is not an option. I will be complaining to the main company I ordered from to inform them that if they continue to use them then I will purchase my goods from them elsewhere with a better 3rd party delivery service.

One of your couriers attended my home…
One of your couriers attended my home with a wicks order, he came to the wrong entrance when I asked for him to go to the correct one his attitude changed and after this I refused the delivery and submitted a complaint with Wickes. When I've had previous deliveries your drivers attended the right entrance, they were friendly and professional

Driver was very friendly and smiley
Driver NH42 was very friendly and smiley. We live in a bungalow but it's up 10 steps. The driver was extremely helpful and brought the delivery up to the door. Most couriers will only leave large deliveries kerbside meaning a 76 year old has to bring them up himself. Will definitely use City sprint again.

The guy (SC64)arrived on time. He unloaded 24 sleepers on his own with no lifting equipment to help and placed the items where I wanted them. He was really friendly. Amazing service. Hope you are paying him enough
