Last June I needed help with setting up a One Year Bond and Andy was fantastic. He was a pleasure to deal with, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He made things easy and I was very grateful for that.

I’ve been trying to change my nominated bank account for 4 days now! I sent a message and evidence of my new nominated account and on day 4 rang customer services but nothing has happened. Just told it is with the relevant department. As I have a fixed account maturing and want my money back it is very frustrating! Chetwood took my money but are making it very difficult to get it back. I won’t be investing in them again

What a lovely chap! I called at about 17.57 as I forgot to ring earlier, with only 3 minutes to go until closing time. Andy did not mind in the slightest. He gave me his full attention and solved my problem quickly and efficiently whilst also giving me extra information to help me with my options going forward. What a great guy! Thank you!

high interest rate and easy to use online portal. a few drawbacks - there is no mobile app yet, and they dont provide certificate of interest.

Chetwood bank have always been very clear in what they offer. They make things easy to understand and easy to action. I've had a couple of accounts with them now and everything they promised has happened as they said it would.
I would definitely recommend them.

I had a fixed term savings account maturing and was notified well in advance.
This enabled me to work out what I wanted to do with the funds.
Completing my request to re-invest some funds, with the balance transferred to my nominated account was very straightforward.
My instructions were carried out, so no issues.

Great communication and all went well on maturity of my account but one star deducted for the 3 days apparent loss of interest before the new account was credited as there was a Bank Holiday weekend.
