It used to be a really great app until the latest update, which I was forced to install the evening before a trip to Asia. The trip was deleted in the update. I emailed the support but they could only add the first flight in each direction. 🙈Completely useless now. I'm never installing this app again. I hope that my account really got deleted when I pushed the delete button.

It use to be a good method to track your flight.
Tried it again today and it doesn’t recognise my flight even when I do it manually.
Best use an alternative or go direct through the the airline.

Dreadful. I’ve used it over the last 18 months and 90% of the time your journeys do not appear (I’ve sometimes added journeys 10 times to no avail).

I used to live with check my trip like a PA! But now the chatbot doesn’t work, half the time it says try later, and it adds trips and then they disappear! I smell investors ruining a good idea by short term measures. Such a disaster!

This is the most disappointing upgrade ever. This is unintuitive, frustrating and so disappointing app. Please switch back to previous GUI. This chat boot is annoying. I will never use this app anymore if they do not go to normal application interface.

have removed their main web page and now only can use the app. The app is basically non-functional, cannot add flights booked by any method it has told me. They have hidden details to contact any human for help. I wouldn't book again with them as it's frustrating and needlessly stressful.

I used this app for many years. It didn’t do a lot of things, but it did it very well… until they update it less than a month ago. Now, they ruined it, and obviously, they are not in a hurry to fix it. Thinking Amadeus is one of the main travel reservation company, I understand now why traveling becomes sometimes so messy.

Please can you make it useful again? I cannot add new trips, not even see details of my flights. Absolutely useless app.

The ‘new’ app is badly designed, can only have been tested by no one or incompetent persons, does not work. Revert to old app that worked perfectly well or I go to another provider. Basic functionality has ceased, making the app useless. The bot is a waste of time. If an external provider delivered this product, they should have a warranty/ refund claim against them!

It is no longer possible to add a trip using 6 digit booking reference. The stupid chat-bot does not understand. Please fix this problem, the was working before latest update. Now it is useless.

Wow, who ever approved the most recent update on an app that i regarded as the best should be embarrassed. currently looking for a better app

Please go back to the version that worked ! New version doesn't work ! Most of my frequent-flyer-colleagues has the same opinion

I have tried repeatedly to add a trip and the app gets it wrong each and every time. It does not recognise booking references nor flight reservations. There is no way of overriding incorrect information. Re-entering the correct data yields the same incorrect outcome. I have therefore abandoned the app (which was brilliant beforehand) and use the travel operators apps instead. I have zero confidence in Check My Trip anymore. What an unmitigated disaster!

The update version 2023-03-12 is very poor and useless

I agree with the previous comments. The new version of the app is useless - no seat numbers, seat maps, aircraft types or even the ability to easily add a new booking without fighting with the chat robot. The version does not even update bookings. I had a BA flight cancelled 2 weeks ago for August and had to rebook. As of 5 minutes ago the CheckMyTrip app still shows the cancelled flight as confirmed. They have ruined what was an excellent app.

The app asked to update the version. I did. The new version is a total waste, doesn't work. Absolutely useless. Can't even add, future trips using Add trip button, when I click the button it goes to the chat menu. No basic testing has been done on the app. Better if you withdraw the app and re-install the previous version, which was working

My previous experience with checkmytrip was that I found it easy to use. Having the browser version allowed me to view all my documents while building my own trip.

The removal of the browser and the new app are nothing but a waste of time. Trips can no longer be added easily. I'm very frustrated!

This new version is a piece of shi.t. Useless.

This new version of checkmytrip is terrible! I used the old version and it was very good, but now I have to add flights manually and it does not display other use details about the flights such as ticket number and seat number.
