Worse upgrade

If the previous version was already good why upgrade the app to a worsen one? No flight real time update anymore. Flight info too slow better check your flight status in google.

Chat bot has no help and assistant came after you land. useless

One good is only to keep all your flight in one place.

Installed app. Was asked to put in booking reference. It wasn't accepted, despite being correct. Digital assistant provided no assistance. Deleted account and uninstalled app. Waste of time, unfortunately. A travel app that can't do travel.

As others have noted, flights must be manually loaded leg by leg, the app has no clue when I’ve already checked in, and just redirects back to the airline(s) to start again.
Chat “assistant” is useless and there is no way to contact a human.

Useless. Find no of the flights in any way. Use apps by airlines you use. CheckMyTrip only take time and finds nothing. Rubish "service".

I wonder how the staff at Amadeus can accept the new CheckMyTrip App and then do nothing to improve it. Why not bringing back the previous version until you sort out your deficiencies?

Gave false information about my flight.

I downloaded this app 2 weeks since to help with my trip to Croatia, I thought maybe it was me and that my IT skills weren't good enough but after numerous failed attempts to try and check in I decided to read the reviews, Oh boy! There's not a good word in recent reviews and it's certainly not fit for purpose, in fact I would say it's a hindrance, travelling can be stressful enough without this app adding to the frustration, please give it a miss, you'll thank me later

This used to be my favorite app for my trips. Not anymore. Such a disaster when they changed it.

Added a trip with 10 flights. After completion, everything was gone. Thanks for nothing.

I wasted 5 minutes of my life trying to add a trip to no avail . That’s 5 minutes of my life I’ll never get back .. Thanks for nothing Check my Trip. You used to be cool ..

This used to be my favorite app, but after change its total disaster. Its not updating data, has flights in random order, some flights just disappear, no 24 hrs format anymore.

Totally unbelievable how a brilliant app could be completely ruined in one fell swoop. This used to be my go to app for viewing past, present and future flights. Not any more……. What a disappointment

Yes, absolutely useless, I'm not bothering to use it anymore, especially trying to communicate with a non existent virtual assistant, total disgrace re so called technology

This tool was my favorite Travel organiser
Now its dead !
On March 1 - all was forced to accept a upgrade to “a new app”. Since then NOTHING works anymore. All future bookings, all former flights - all “gone”
The new version, can only be seen as “an insult” or bad joke ! It does no longer show seating, changes etc
And it’s a fight getting the correct PNR’s accepted (including SAS)
If you find an alternative, please let me know asap. I feel lost !

I used to rely on this app every time I had a trip and it worked well. Now it won't even add my flights....I forwarded the reservation email, I gave the PNR number, I even added the flights manually. I keep getting emails stating that the trip was added, but nothing.
Had to download another similar app to be able to check my res on my phone. Very disappointed.....

Really hope i can find another program to check my trips The old program was 10 times better.So stupid to have to look for an email to lock in, insted of a pasword....Soooo stupid and anoying....🤮

5 different trips and not a one of those could be registered with the app. Just doesn't feel right when those flights are with AA, JAL, and Qatar.

Useless app after major UIF update in 2023 … and in addition, all my saved travel history of around 10 years is deleted/not available anymore … thank you for that additional emotional damage as well.
