Supplied my flight details THREE TIMES
Supplied my flight details THREE TIMES, but never appeared in my TripCase account.
Hopeless, as much as useless. Sometimes works if travel agency enters a flight. As for me - Useless!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Hopeless, as much as useless. Sometimes works if travel agency enters a flight. As for me - Useless!
I have used TripCase a few times without any issues; however, my last experience with them was a disaster. I booked a flight from Sydney to Denpasar/Bali and received an email from TripCase the night before departure stating that my flight was cancelled. Verifying the information online, I confirmed the cancellation through various sources. I chose an alternative flight offered by TripCase, but it was 8 hours later than the original one.
Despite not receiving a boarding pass or booking reference for the alternative flight, I arrived at the airport 6.5 hours before its departure seeking assistance. The new flight company's counter couldn't help, so I called my original flight company (initially hung up on) and was told the scheduled flight departed, blaming me.
Unable to contact TripCase for assistance, I had to purchase a new ticket and am yet to receive compensation. Unfortunately, the new flight experienced multiple delays, resulting in spending 12 hours at the airport and missing an entire paid day in Bali.
***AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS***
I want to complaint about the wrong information we received from them regarding a flight cancellation for our flight OD873 on the 29th of November from Narita (Tokyo) to Kuala Lumpur, departure 08:35 am.
We received the email on the 28th of November very late in the evening and our evening was completely destroyed as you can imagine.
Anyway I checked the airlines website and the flight status was confirmed, also on Narita airport website the flight status was confirmed.
So we went next morning to the airport and there was no problem at all, the flight was not cancelled and operated just like normal. The airline knew nothing about a cancellation.
Why are they sending this misleading wrong email about a flight cancellation???
And we can’t even contact them, their email inboxes are full.
This was a very terrible experience, never ever again
