This was my experience, and I do not recommend this app. I feel misled. I was charged 5 euros for the check-in, yet I never received the boarding pass. As a result, I had to complete the check-in directly with the airline. This app is misleading and unreliable.

Booked flights for me and my wife. When system loaded no details of wife. Tried to contact them automated reply saying I would have to get in touch with original booking agent which was BA.
what is the point of this APP.

App stated my flight was cancelled and the airline did not have the same information and remained on schedule

Easy to use and you got all info. Related to your flight and what you că fo at your arrival

Avoid at all costs. Its not a real company. Its an automated booking agent. It didn't even send me my itinerary or booking details after I paid

Are you guys off your heads? The update has changed the app from something functional to something absolutely F@#king useless. Whichever team of buffoons that are responsible for creating an app that doesn't actually even work, need to be sent to the unemployment office.

The updated version of the app is basically useless. I'd love to give 4 stars to the previous version and zero to the update.

After update is huge disaster, before I liked, today I will delete, unfortunatelly, CONGRATULATION FOR UPDATE, if the reason was to lose customers

If in only knew the newest update will ruin my favourite app , I’d have never done it. It’s completely useless for to mist off logging in every time and the new functionalities don’t work.

Latest Update is useless. Does not load. Unable to get even the home page 🙄

Tried to log in with email as instructed, but it does not work, so it is useless. Why create a service that does not work?

I don't know the "brain" behind your latest update, but this person/people are simply the WRONG ONES FOR THIS PURPOSE, FIRE THEM!!!
Before, between the individual consecutive flights, the EXTREMELY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PERIOD BETWEEN THE TWO FLIGHTS was clearly and distinctly indicated, NOW THAT IS MISSING!!!
YOUR INTERFACE IS TRAGIC, POOR AND CONFUSING!!!
I WANT TO GET THE OLD VERSION BACK - HOW DO I DO IT??????

Can I not give zero star? Each update is worse than the previous version. Downloaded the latest version a couple of days ago. It does not work at all. Come on Amadeus, surely you can do better.

1 star is too high ! The new app is dreadful. Laborious signing in only then to find that trips previously entered on old app have disappeared and new trips cannot be added. Absolutely useless.

Amadeus: put web access back, until your app really works! Testing before putting in production should be the key. Even if it is not security related, this is what we should expect in aviation...

The app doesn’t work! I can’t add my trip no matter what l do! Even tried to send the confirmation number to their email and my email came back as undeliverable! Like they don’t exist! Terrible.

The app doesn’t work. Could not add new trip

Tried about 50 times to add trip with every conceivable booking number, etc that I was sent. Still doesn't add the trip. Entered it manually. Still doesn't recognize the trip. What a colossal waste of time.

Does not work anymore. Ticket numbers are not recognized. When adding flight number and date manually, it first says 'your trip is added' and then 'I cannot add your trip'. Worthless.
