Please run away from this car rental company. Pay the extra money and go with an established and reputable company. We used Car Wiz in Turkey and it turned into a fiasco. By day 3 we had two flat tires and failing brakes. They told us we would have to pay to have new car delivered to us, or we could drive one hour down a highway on two flat tires and failing brakes. Seriously? We had to drive on flat tires to the next closest town the next morning to patch the tires and pay for the repair ourselves, then to Izmir to exchange the car. Thankfully we took a video of the car exterior and all the scratches, because they accused us of the damages when we turned the car in at the end of our trip. I showed the man our video and he shrugged….never apologizing. We also took a photo of the gas gauge since they constantly claim the cars are returned empty and charge you. You get what you pay for and that was the case here. Terrible terrible company.

Avoid , avoid , avoid they are doing fraud , taking money from your account , even when they don’t have a proof of any damage of the car , no one is present at the time when you need to return a car back just information to leave a key in the box or give to the driver , everything is planned ahead to do a scam and fraud , when I called them ,they said the car is scratched what even wasn’t possible as I had this car for few hours just to drop something and back not parked anywhere and didn’t stop so scratches not possible to be done , when I have spoken with one man he said that they are doing same thing to everyone , just to steal a money so in 3 weeks time they can grab enough amount of money to buy brand new car

SCAMMERS ! Be aware of them (Rzeszow-Jasionka) gonna charge you a lot of money for minor scratches that are not visible.

Texted me the night before my flight that they had to cancel my reservation due to car unavailability.

Terrible customer service, can not get any answer on the phone despite waiting over half an hour multiple times over the last 3 weeks. Have sent multiple emails and have not recieved a response. Has been 30 plus days and still have not received my security deposit back.

This company is a scam. I pay the rental car ,insurance and everything, the day before I call and everything is okay. The day I arrived at aeroporto I don't have any car....the company informed don't have any more car's....Now don't refund my money.

if you wanna be suck after rental period from yor creditcard its the good place CARWIZ warszava Chopen airport. They make the sucking your money surgery in Marrirot Hotel opposite the airport... You dont have to worry what kinde of SCANDAL thay gonna fined after the rental period..

It's not a rental company. Definitely this company spesialize on earning money from selling you scratches. When I got a car, I got a list with about 20 scratches. On check-out they insisted, that they found a new one. The cost of 1 scratch
is 350 euros. But the price of damage can be any, you feel as you are in hands of experienced cheaters.
Very disgusting experience.

Why didn’t I check with Trust Pilot. I regularly hire cars. Carwiz T&Cs state they will return the deposit they hold within 15 days but it was over 50 days just as I was attempting a chargeback. I contacted them 3 times but got no response. I incurred credit card charges and got returned less than I paid due to currency fluctuations over that long time. I hired another car today and the broker offered Carwiz … I passed.

I have aleady paid full insurance only to be told this is invañid and I have now had to allow a 1,600€ block on my creditcard for 1 month. Tjis is a problem because carhire firms have been running a scam in Malta whereby the charge traffic fines from local peopke to unwitting tourists. Check your accounts.

1. They Hold the PREPAID car for an hour, and forcing You to upgrade.
2. Deposit transfer back time 20+ days…
3. Missing fuel 10EUR + 30EUR extra cost for it.

Never going back…

CarWiz Ft Lauderdale worst rental experience. The vehicle was rented and fully paid in advance through priceline. The additional insurance was also purchased and paid in advance to avoid any issues with my personal state farm coverage limits. The vehicle provided, a Toyota Corolla was raggedy. Drove very loud, and seemed to lack routine maintenance. Had I needed to go beyond Broward County I would not have taken the car. The company required an additional deposit of $500. which they didn't hold as normal rental companies do, they charge your card,then tell you it will be credited within 30 days. What's the reason for this? Floating money. My rental was less than $100, yet they billed my credit card for 5xs that amount. When I returned the car, it was checked out, and everything was fine, yet after 2 months they still had not credited my card. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get the amount credited. I tried calling the company directly, but could never reach anyone by phone. They are crooks and thieves. BEWARE!!!

Please beware of this company. Deposit of €500 was charged to my card and only refunded nearly 3 months later after numerous phone calls to the company and Carjet who I made the booking through. I had taken out the extra insurance through carjet and received confirmation that the €500 deposit will NOT charged but only blocked on my credit card. I am greatly disappointed and do not recommend that you hire from this dishonest company.

Thieves and cheaters! They demanded an international license from us even though there is no real need, and when we said we didn't have one they demanded an additional 150% of the car rental cost! We were treated like garbage. Don't go near them!

Very easy collection and drop off and the car was very nice. We even got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger car which was great for fitting all our luggage in!

The worst Car Service. 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and not in the airport building. Price Gouging. They charged me $25 per toll and no the the $1.60 price for the tolls. They would not let me use my SunPass which I had. The woman in front of me was a Florida resident and they would only give her 50 miles a day and not unlimited. STAY AT THE FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT CAR RENTAL BLDG.

Fahrzeug am Flughafen Bodrum gemietet und seit über einem Monat warte ich auf die Rückzahlung meiner 500,- EUR Kaution. Am Telefon wird mir jedes Mal eine andere Story erzählt.
Am Schalter wollte man mir eine Versicherung andrehen, obwohl ich bei Check24 eine voll umfängliche Vollkasko-Versicherung abgeschlossen hatte. Angeblich wäre meine Versicherung nicht gültig.
Bei Übergabe war das Fahrzeug sowohl innen als auch außen komplett verdreckt.
Für anreisende aus dem Ausland ist die Mietwagenstation sehr kompliziert zu erreichen. Man muss das Terminal-Gebäude für Auslandsflüge verlassen. Mit dem ganzen Gepäck zum Inlandsflug-Gebäude laufen. Dort an der Schlange für die Sicherheitskontrolle warten, wo Koffer und Co. durchleuchtet werden. Erst dann darf man das Gebäude betreten und zur Mietwagenstation gehen.

I rented a vehicle at Bodrum Airport and have been waiting for over a month for my EUR 500 deposit to be refunded. I am told a different story every time I call.
At the counter, they tried to sell me insurance, even though I had taken out fully comprehensive insurance with Check24. Allegedly, my insurance was not valid.
On handover, the vehicle was completely filthy both inside and out.
For those traveling from abroad, the rental car station is very complicated to reach. You have to leave the terminal building for international flights. Walk to the domestic flight building with all your luggage. Wait there in the queue for the security check, where suitcases and other items are screened. Only then are you allowed to enter the building and go to the rental car station.

I understand the VERY LOW RATING FOR THIS COMPANY! I made a reservation for a rental car for a four day weekend and the day before the trip, they cancelled my reservation saying they would not have a car for me????????? If you want to know how to lose business, THIS COMPANY CAN CERTAINLY SHOW YOU HOW!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I rented a rental car from Carwiz from September 10, 2024 to September 24, 2024
I handed over their car to them in perfect condition and honestly I was very satisfied with their agency, their car and their staff but here today is the 22nd
October 22, 2024, I returned their car 1 month ago and I still have not received my deposit of €350

I contacted their technical services several times and sent wattsapp emails.
They told me they had a problem with their banks but I've been waiting 30 days and I still haven't received anything!

I plan to go to them in November 2024 to recover my deposit, anyway I have to go to Turkie every month.
I rent cars all over Europe, I have always received my deposit within 5 days
