The chat service I used first was very helpfull and gave me the infomation I needed, and then the sales team were very good and I was soon sorted with the new part I need.

The person I spoke to was very informative and friendly and took the time to explain everything to me.

Madison who works at customer services at CareCo helped with a fault that developed on a riser/recliner chair she was a delight to talk to and was very professional. I would recommend this company as products are good but any after care that you need are excellent and Madison is a credit to the company

Just ordered a second Mobility Scooter from CareCo. Excellent value and quality and a fantastic selection.Have looked at most of the Scooter sales sights but they are the best.

Having purchased a mobility scooter for myself once assembled I trialed it on my drive and realised that it was not suitable for me. My movement was uncomfortable and had problems with my balance as I moved forwards and backwards.
I immediately contacted Care Co customer service support, when I told them of my problem they were very concerned and supported to me.
Following the conversation with Christopher from customer service unit he arranged a refund and collection of the scooter

I have recently bought a Mobility Scooter from our local store and found the staff very helpful and friendly.

Needed a replacement "pull handle" for a Minimus mobility scooter.
Even though it was only a small value item, I could not have recieved a better/more helpul service.

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the scooter that my Mother bought today. No hard sell. Let us make up our minds out of ear shot and put my Mother at ease.

Our visit to Careco Eastbourne

We were shown the scooters and left to try them for ourselves which we liked although there was always someone there to answer any questions we had. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and we never felt rushed or that the staff were pushing us to buy. It was a nice change to most places which give you a buy and go feeling. Well done Eastbourne Careco.

CareCo are a superb company, bought by phone or online. No problems, the sales team are polite and helpful.

Yesterday we went into the showroom at Tunstall. The member of staff (Leon) who helped us identify and purchase a replacement rollator was professional , kind and patient. He arranged the return of the existing rollator and delivery of the replacement which arrived today! An amazing service.

We had a very helpful salesman who showed us how to dismantle scooter and put it back together. Also how to move around and guide it using different speeds etc. Altogether very helpful with completing all forms, with explanations which we appreciated. Thank you Eddie, you were good. Olive Bradstock at Braintree showroom.

Order was quick next day delivered very pleased with my purchase.

Emily was really helpful and very informative about the beds we were looking at we tried all the beds to see what one we wanted.
She talked through all the different options for us and explained everything to us. Great at making tea and coffee as well 😂😂
