From start to finish the service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff was great.
I was there to enquire and test drive a power chair. Albert (Eastbourne Branch) was excellent we went through everything, from whizzing round the shop, out to the car park and checking the ease and weight with family members to lift it into the car boot.
By the time we got back into the shop, decision made, ordered, paid and to be delivered next week!!

Great showroom with lots of options
Samantha was so helpful and friendly. She had great knowledge of all the products and was super patient as we tried out all the different options. They had a wide range of aids and a spacious showroom with space to tryout all the wheel chairs.
