The delivery arrived within the estimated time, with a helpful call about half an hour beforehand. The delivery man was genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to help when the package wouldn’t fit through my front door. Despite it being heavy, he kindly carried it through the back gate without hesitation. His kindness, patience and willingness to help really meant a lot, and I’m truly grateful for the extra effort he made. He deserves recognition for such wonderful service.

Time slot was 1.18-3.18pm, Received a phone call at 3pm saying they would be an hour. They eventually turned up at 5.20pm I had been waiting to go out all that time.

To expensive for put tv on the wall, when can take then 5 mins, If just pre print the postion of then rack whilste delivery , tv need to go back factory where you pick the tv your delivery, to take a part to rebuild .

Excellent information and updates prior to delivery. Able to monitor progress of delivery team on delivery day. Arrived early and professional delivery team who were friendly, polite and carried the tv to where I requested.

I purchased a 3 seater electric recliner and a 2 seater manual sofas. Very good and quick service. Communication was excellent. Product was really lovely I was very surprised at the quality of it for the price. Delivery was 3 days earlier than expected and the delivery drivers were very pleasant. Would definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying new sofa.

Although a slight issue with delivery it was sorted promptly on the same day thanks to Sophia from customer service - she handled my stressful situation so much and made me feel confident in the company sorting it the same day.

Very professional called at least 30 minutes before they were due to deliver, very polite dropped goods off where I asked them.
