AVOID!!!!! Item has been ‘lost by Hermes’ & I have asked several times for a replacement to be sent out ASAP and I have been ignored several times. I have to email 2-3 times and threaten to take it further for them to respond. Today I have been completely ignored.
Shambles of a company, disgusting customer service. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, taking money and not fulfilling orders, don’t even have the decency to respond to my email.
