We used Capital Softeners in our previous house and received excellent service and so didn't hesitate to get in touch again for a new water softener in our new house when we moved. We had helpful contact pre install and then on the day of installation, the engineer worked with our existing setup and left us with such lovely neat pipework, saving as much space as possible in the cupboard. He explained everything and also set us up with the wifi app before leaving and made sure we were completely up and running. More than excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
