Recently disappointed!
Everything has been fine as I regularly purchase salt blocks bur recently the deliveries are taking weeks since the order and in the meantime there is no communication. Last time when I enquired I was told we are busy. I placed an order on 21st June. It has been a week but no update.

Quooker Plus
I enquired originally about a Quooker Tap. The site inspection gave rise to the need for a new Water Softener system. This I expected and knew we needed. The options were explained, pricing clear and likely issues highlighted.
The process was made simple, the team were courteous & respectful. Everyone was clearly genuine.

Amazingly helpful and professional response
Had a problem with a hissing noise from my existing water softener and Jordan Russo came round on his way home to check it out and confirm what was wrong. There didn't seem to be a problem with the softener but there were pin holes in the piping which he made safe. Couldn't have asked for better or more understanding service.
