I could not find my celine boots in the US anywhere, and I found them on Buyma and I found an excellent person to work with who located the boots for me in Paris and I had them here within a week and a half. It was my first time using this website and I was a little bit skeptical, and I watched some videos that said some not so nice things, however, I think overall this is a wonderful website and a way to connect people to purchasing amazing items that they can’t easily be found where live and really good prices. I do a lot of online purchasing and this was a very smooth transaction and I can’t say enough nice things about buyma and the seller that I worked with

Order never received. No Refund.
I placed the order in October and never received my order. When I contacted the seller in Nov and Dec, she claimed that the courier service returned the shipment to her but she refused to refund my payment. As of January, I have not received my order or my money back.

Saved me $300 on a sold-out item!!
Not only did Buyma.us get me an item that was sold out in my region but also save me a little over $300 compared to local price after tax. Additionally the seller was very communicative and respectful and promised me the fastest international shipping with no extra charge. Kept to her promise, my transaction took place in Wednesday and by noon on Saturday that same week, my item came nicely packaged in a box with all original tags on (minus the branded packaging you’d get from a luxury store.)
