I deal with banks all over the world. This by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I am not going to itemize everything because the list would be so long they are so disorganized. The should be allowed to conduct business as a bank
Dont go to this bank. We tried to take money out of their ATM in Brazil sao paolo. Rhe machine gave an error. Around 500 euro disappeared from my account. I started a research from my bank, they said I got the money but never received it. What a SCAM. Be aware.

She just got arrived at her chair and ask if I need help she did in 5 min… I really appreciate what she did really because flights and many hours to get there…. Worst customers, bank managers are useless and if you can avoid banking with them, is suggest to go with Santander or Itaú.
I live in USA and I have an Exclusive Bradesco account In Santa Catarina, Brazil. I tried to send money to my account there because of urgent situation and it was a nightmare since the person who took my case in the Bradesco Central Cambio was unable to help me to finish the transaction even after I sent all the required documentation. I had to deal with an incompetent Bradesco worker who is in the wrong position for sure
No Doubt as soon I can I will close this account in Brazil and be client of another bank like Citi

Sometimes transfers take longer to appear, specially DOC transfers, I don't recommend them. If you can, always select TED transfer method, is quicker
