WORST BANK ON THE PLANET

WORST BANK ON THE PLANET, i have sufficient funds on my account, can not access them because the internal system of banco do brasil is suggesting fraud if accessed the app from another country. we called 10 different hotlines and nothing resolves our case. meaning having money only doesn't means you can spend it. now we dont know what to do and are helpless left alone. no one at the bank is willing and or able to help us. as soon as we are back to brasil, we will cancel our subscription at banco do brasil, and report on every medium possible to never under any circumstances, open an account on banco do brasil.
