She helped me choose the right frames and patiently supported me as I tried on several pairs. Her calm, gentle manner made my visit particularly effortless. Almost all the staff, including Ruby at the Boots branch (Edinburgh St James Quarter), have provided incredible customer service on every visit.

A fantastic experience
I came in early at 6pm for a eye test for 6.30pm and had time to look at frames. I sat down and a staff member made sure I was ok and confirmed my booking. Then the Optometrist, Hafsa Mukhtar greeted me warmly and put me through the various test. She was very informative, efficient and knowledgeable and installed great confidence in me that i was in the right place. I then chose two glass frames with another employee who was great and tested the varifocal height. At this stage Hafsa came to check as I;d had trouble always lifting my neck on the previous set (mainly due to my eyes changing as it's been a while since my last test). Just brilliant excellent service from everybody from the minute I arrived until the minute I left. A fantastic experience.

I received excellent service and care from the Boot Croydon Opticians team. In particular, Mel who was very-very helpful, attentive answering all my questions. My Optometrist Dr Amaka was absolutely brilliant, and a great job by Janet whom also supported during my appointment.

I arrived early for my eye test at…
I arrived early for my eye test at Boots in Ashford Kent and was seen straight away. Firstly I was taken by a lovely young assistant, I believe his name is Andrew. He was a great assistant and I’d say he was a born natural at customer service. ( I used to be a customer service manager prior to retirement so can judge this well)
Andrew is great at conversation and put me at ease straight await. Explaining everything as each step of the different eye test procedure as they were carried out.
I then went in for the main tests with Blessed. Apologies if I have her name wrong.
Equally a lovely friendly lady who explained everything perfectly.
I had a great experience at Boots Opticians and will definitely recommend to others

This was my 1st visit to Boots opticians,Castle Boulevard,Nottingham. I was met by a cheery,kind,helpful receptionist. Who settled me in waiting area.I am disabled.A kind,caring,considerate assistant then,helped me to a test room.I underwent several high tech tests,using computerized machine.The gentleman was supportive,considerate,patient,and supported,assisted me through the tests.After I met ophthalmologist,who was most caring,kind,professional carrying out full sight test.I finally was served,helped,advised by another kind,considerate,caring male assistant.He enabled me to make firm choices for main sight glasses frames,and reading frames,closing the my visit with confidence,kindness,care.He even directed me to the disabled toilet.I visited Boots opticians because,I had been treated abismally by Vision express after being a long standing customer.My main glasses frames had broken for the 2nd time,vision expresses manager was rude,suggesting I had sat on these frames. So the man who served me with new frames offered to, and finally did put new arms on my broken glasses as a temporary measure,to enable me to use them until Boots prepare my new glasses. I cannot thank all the wonderful team enough for such an amazing experience, first visit. I am now a firm customer. My partner, who has also been a long standing customer with Visions express, will now be visiting Boots opticians castle Boulevard when he requires updated sight test, and possibly new frames.

Incorrect address constantly appears on my account resulting in my lenses being delivered to random address which I have asked to be sorted and assured it has been! My lenses subscription was cancelled without notice. All of this blamed on a computer glitch! Spectacle lenses inserted upside down! Was rudely advised in front of a shop full of customers that it must be my eyes! Wrong! Another computer glitch!
My boots reward points should be added automatically but guess what! Yep! Another computer glitch! If it wasn’t for your optician Lee then believe me I’d be taking my business elsewhere. Boots opticians Glenrothes you need to pull your socks up!

Had an eye test today with Mohammad Kasib. What a joy to deal with. He was super friendly and very professional. He showed me my scans and explained in detail the results along with a detailed analysis of my prescription. Very happy customer.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I will make an exception as the service I received was first class.
I had experienced some eye issues which were referred to eye hospital, unfortunately they lost my notes. I returned to Boots Bakers Lane, Lichfield, to explain the position I was in, nothing was to much trouble for them, I had a complete eye check and examination and a 2 nd referral was made to the hospital.
I was made to feel comfortable and their professional approach put me at complete ease.
The staff, were excellent, big shout to Mandy who guided me through the process, with understanding and patience, great sense of humour as well.
I also must also say thank you to Zishan & Ash who were fantastic.
I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this branch to anyone, it isn’t often you get customer service that ticks every box.

Today I had my eyes tested at Boots in Penrith where I was extremely happy with the service i received . I was greeted by Katie who performed my eye health test i then had my eyes tested with the optician who was also very good and then handed back to Katie who helped me choose my glasses the service i received from her was very polite professional and friendly.
