Our car parks have CCTV monitoring 24/7 and we also have security patrols within our car parks. We would expect our customers’ vehicles and belongings to be safe whilst parked at Gatwick and we’re sorry to hear of the incident surrounding your tow bar. Please rest assured your feedback will be shared with our Management Team and we’ll assist the Police with any investigation should you make a report to them.

I accidentally booked Gatwick parking…
I accidentally booked Gatwick parking for the wrong dates. When I received my flight tickets the day before departure, I realised my mistake. I cancelled the booking through their app, and they refunded my money in full. I was then able to rebook the correct dates without any hassle. Fantastic service!

Super, slick and efficient
Super, slick booking in and collection. No additional drama before or after a holiday. The transfer to the terminal was also really quick, with the collection directly outside arrivals ideal dust after a flight.

First timers Lost Experience
Parking was safe and reasonably priced .... knowing where to park and where to wait for the bus was NOT EASY AT ALL at 5am we arrived through the gates as directed and then faced with huge areas of parking ...not a human in site and nothing in the email explaining which area was available we continued onwards and found ourselves in staff parking ..where some one directed us back the way we had come we parked in an area that looked busy but said ACCESS BUS ONLY (they all.did) and hoped for the best ... we waited by the bus stop lettered in the car park for a while and saw no buses anywhere ...then two Italian gentlemen parked near us and proceeded to unload bags and run out of car park to another with bus stop 1 in it .... we followed them and soon got picked up !! Had we waited at the other bus stop i feel we may have missed our flight ! So some clearer advice for first timers would be much appreciated ...

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience. I accidentally booked parking for the South Terminal when I needed the North Terminal. I realised my mistake almost immediately after booking and contacted customer services straight away, hoping they could simply transfer my booking.
Instead, I was told that because the booking was "non-amendable" and "non-cancellable", there was absolutely nothing they could do. No flexibility, no goodwill gesture, and no attempt to help a customer who had made an honest mistake just moments after making the booking.
The booking process did not make the terminal distinction clear enough for me, and I genuinely believe it would be very easy for others to make the same mistake. Rather than helping, the company hid behind its terms and conditions.
Losing over £100 because of a simple booking error that could have been resolved in seconds is incredibly frustrating. Good customer service isn't just about quoting policies—it's about helping customers where it's reasonable to do so.
Based on my experience, I won't be booking with this company again and would encourage others to double-check every detail before paying, as you shouldn't expect any flexibility if something goes wrong.
