I ordered a spare part for my Suzuki S Cross car and the after delivery when opened the package I found the part is broken in two pieces. Either they sent a damaged part or it was broken during transport. But when I tried to return the item through the app with images of the broken part, it is saying that the files are failed to be uploaded every time. There is no proper customer care as only a recording will play but no option for human interaction.

Boodmo is a froud company they get money from customers and they don't deliver the product in time. They company have not proper customer care, they only use a recording in customer care number. Boodmo make customer fool. Customers should take action on boodmo and complaint on consumer forums. People should don't use this company boodmo trap customers does froud.

I am orders Maruti Brezza spare part on 21 May 2025 with advance payment (Order Number #1747794687-8141-1) but ordered parts not delivered till date. I am raising complaints, but delivery date changing continuing and any further actions taking in boodmo side. This circumstance I am disappointed.

Boodmo is a fraud company. They with their logistic partner "Delhivery" creating a cheat to public. Their delivery partner "Delhivery" never deliver the product and after that Boodmo never make refunds of your money. There is no mechanism of grievance resolution, they use IVR which is just an eyewash.

Order #1747477023-3700 - AC vent for my Duster - takes more than a month and the delivery date keeps postponed day after day. I could have opted for a local purchase, but I wanted to try the buying experince in this site, as I am plannning for a larger purchase of spares for my Duster. Thanks to boodmo for making me understand their performance.

I ordered a car spare part from Boodmo on May 21st, with a promised delivery within 3 days. After multiple false promises and delays, I finally received the product on May 29th – and to make things worse, it was a wrong/mismatched item.

I immediately opted for a return and the courier collected the product the same day. Since then, I’ve been constantly raising tickets just to get my refund, and all I’ve received are copy-paste excuses like “shipment is within expected timeframe.” As of today, it's been 11 days since the return, and I still haven't received my money back.

There’s no proper customer care number, only a useless ticketing system. No accountability, no urgency, and absolutely zero care for customer satisfaction. This is not just poor service – it’s negligence.

Boodmo is not trustworthy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not order from here. I am taking this to the consumer court and will be sharing this experience across social media and auto forums to warn others.

Avoid Boodmo at all costs!

Budmo's service is very useless. Do not buy from that website by mistake. There is no guarantee of getting the product and it will be a waste of money.

They are into passing off defective and damaged products as brand new and won’t just deny the refund but will blame the customer under the pretext that the product was brand new when packed.

I have booked a spare part for tata indica vista aura on 17 th Jan 2025. It was booked that it would be delivered with in 7 days. Till today I have not received it. Inspite of many reminders they are not taking any efforts to improve.

They expect return of defective products in one day.
This is absolute nonsense.
Most of the times the product is not recieved by the purchaser.
And many time we dont have time to check in one day.
Moreover there is no contact for these people.
Had a horrible experience.
They sold a completely broken taillight .
Did not accept return just because, ticket raised after 32hrs.

Fraduluant company.. I never received the car part I ordered after payment.. Chor Company.. Please don't order anything otherwise you will loose your hard earned money.. Absolute bastards

Order no Order no 1727886224-4110, I had placed the order one month ago(2nd October) , but my condenser is not delivered yet. The seller is having the part with him and currently displaying it as it will be delivered within 4-7 days , but he is deliberately not sending it to me.. The seller keeps on changing ETA to one week forward time and again.

Please help me out to get my order quickly.

Worst customer service, delivered damaged goods and does not want to refund and not accepting refund as well. Never buy from them.

I ordered spare front shockers for my Tata Nano car via order id # *******627-1089. Estimated time of delivery is passed and order not received. After calling to their customer service number my call is diverted to IVR there is no any person to take the calls. Please be aware and check reviews before placing orders.

Spare parts wise very high. His courier partner worst. In time not delivering. Not response. He is dealing courier for commission based courier. 30% courier cost on product cost. Total worst.

They are cheating us and not giving us correct

Received Message on 17/Aug - Stating the order is out for delivery with AWB 460003651110. However the order was not delivered.
Received Message on 18/Aug - The order could not be delivered, provided a phone number 9986555215, but this number is now switched off.
Can someone update me on the order status and i can't see to find a number that i can use to speak with someone. Its mostly the automated IVR and just does not provide the required information or assurance of the order status.
Fun-fact: Under the order pick up option, it shows the part being available some 8 odd KM from the place this order is to be delivered. And it has taken them 4 days ( During ordering 14/Aug it said the part will be delivered in 1 day, when order was placed on 14/Aug the date of delivery moved to 17/Aug. Now its asking me to update the date when should it be delivered. This is turning out to be such a nightmare.

Can't reach any of the customer care numbers...
