I purchased a side mirror on 23rd April and paid Rs100 as advance.When checked their site its under processing.Tried to contact their whats app no relpy.
I think its a shell company.
Please careful to purchase from incredible compies like this.

I ordered a side mirror 20 days ago and paid also for this, till today I did not got anything and my money also did not get back. They are fraud don't purchase anything from this website. fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud....

I have order honda civic 2008 1.8 Rear right corner light for 3, 149.10 rs. on 13/1/26 and paid full amount. Our order number is 100225060 my name is Niran Alex.

Till now my parts has not received and no updates. Always phone switched off mode. What's app call ringing but no one is picking. Messages delivered but no reply.

Really dear friends, dont order any parts from this bigboss parts company.

Scam website. No order is delivered even after 2 months. No customer support, no call line nothing. This is worst website fraudulent activity. Dont buy anty thing from them.

Fraud... So we have a option everyone need to respond about this we will give complaint about this website we need to take action. We can go to court for this he took so many people money .. he didn't respond that number is not in working so I will not leave them iam going to take serious action...

Bull shit company..they don't respond at all

I ordered a set of Door Visors for a Fiat Linea. They took forever and sent the set of 4 using India Post with minimal packing. One of the door visors came in 3 pieces. When I contacted customer service on WhatsApp(No other mode is available)they asked for an Unboxing Video. I sent them the pictures of the damaged part. The cheats stopped responding.

I have order an item on jan 20 -2026, but today feb 5, until now it showing processing. how long it may take to start shipping..

i ordered part on 10.12.2025, 40 days completed still not received, three times mailed still not reply any mail. my order no [#67832], its cheating company. Dont order any products in this wed site.

I placed an order with Parts Big Boss and later cancelled it. A support ticket (#68006) was created to address the payment/refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the payment or any clear response from the support team.
I am still waiting for confirmation regarding whether the payment has been processed or when I can expect it. I hope the team improves communication and resolves pending refund issues promptly.

They are cheating us because i have placed an order 15days back and i paied advance amount but upto no their is no update about my order i contacted customer care but no responce dont get cheated and dont trust this website

U have not dispatched the product which I have ordered on u parts big boss website.now i have ordered the same product on Flipkart and I received the product...plz refund my amount which I given to parts big boss and my ordered number is #100223123
