​"Dear Boodmo Support Team,
​I am writing this with extreme disappointment regarding my Order ID (1776436841-4125). You have delivered the wrong part (Maruti Suzuki Track Control Arm - 46202M79G60).
​Despite the error being entirely on your end, I am being forced to deal with a tedious return process, including demands for unboxing videos and photos.
​As a customer, I have a few serious concerns:
​Does your system have any Quality Check (QC) process at all?
​Why should the customer pay the price for your mistake with their time and effort?
​Why is there no 'Open Box Delivery' facility? If this option were available, such mistakes would be caught at the time of delivery, saving both parties a lot of trouble.
​This experience has severely shaken my trust in your platform. I request you to prioritize my return request and resolve this immediately. I hope you will work on improving your services."

Typical Gurgaon company with no carevfor customers having so many vendors selling items without having them in stock!!

Once you place the order vendors try to procure. This is adding to late delivery and also non fulfilment of orders.

Unless they change their attitude and make sure their vendors have the stocks in hand before listing their products they are heading for Dooms Day!!!

Very poor experience with Boodmo.

My order was delayed multiple times, and even after paying delivery charges, the courier (DTDC) refused to deliver to my address. Instead, they asked me to go and collect the parcel from their office.

Later, I received a message saying the address was incorrect, even though I had provided the correct address while ordering. This shows a complete lack of coordination between Boodmo and their courier partners.

Customers should not be forced to pay for delivery and still go pick up their own parcel.

Highly disappointed with the service. Not recommended.

I strongly advise against purchasing…

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my recent experience.

I placed an order for a left-side headlight for my Hyundai Verna (Order No. #1769417637-4828) at a cost of ₹4,526. However, instead of the headlight, I received a rear-view mirror. Additionally, the delivery was delayed beyond the timeline promised at the time of ordering.
When I initiated a return request for the incorrectly delivered item, I was informed that the returned product did not match the original ordered item, and therefore I was not eligible for a refund. The only resolution offered was to dispatch the correct headlight as a replacement.
Since the incorrect item was delivered and the process caused significant delay, I had no option but to purchase the required headlight from another supplier to avoid further inconvenience. Consequently, accepting a replacement from Boodmo is no longer practical. Due to the lack of proper support and resolution from the company, I have incurred a financial loss.

This was my first experience with Boodmo, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to exercise discretion before engaging with this company.

Boodmo The worst company in automotive spares

They are the worth typical north Indian company. Please don't purchase anything from them.
1 .they will take money.
2. They will keep extending dates.
3. They don't have any human customer care. It's automated that doesn't solve anything.
4. They simply use your money.
5. You won't get product delivery as they dont have anything. Yuu have to fight a lot to recover your money.

Its not even worth 1 star

Its not even worth 1 star. Have to select bcos cant select 0 stars. These are shameless set of people who dont have any shame left. Instead of delivering the product which is sitting is sitting at one place for a week, they want more time to deliver. The destination is just 30 mins from location. It’s sitting there since 3 days. If you guys have little bit shame left pls deliver it ASAP or refund the money.

Absolutely Useless

Absolutely Useless. No responsibility for the sale of goods on their website. Why are they selling/allowing to be sold products which are not in stock. Oh yes they take you money and then keep it indefinitely. I have been messaging them since the ordering to ask them to contact the sellar (40 days) and only a yesterday did they finally say they would escalate to the relevant team. They should have sent by now if I am to get on the due date, which according to Arun (senior Ex) can be changed.

Did not know BoodMo is a fraud company until you unfortunately have to return due to their defective product

My experience with Boodmo has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a steering part worth ₹8,000, got it installed at a Hyundai authorised service centre, and it was immediately found to be defective. The steering started rotating on its own, and the service centre technician clearly confirmed the part was faulty. I even paid job cancellation charges because of this.

Despite providing videos, photos, explanations, SAS reset confirmation, and finally a written note from Hyundai Service Centre, Boodmo kept delaying and asking for more “proof.” Their return process is unnecessarily complicated, slow, and frustrating. It feels as if they assume every customer is lying and every product they sell is perfect.

I have never returned anything from my past orders, yet this time they made me run behind service centres, request written reports, and still acted as if it wasn’t enough. No other e-commerce platform asks for this much paperwork to return a clearly defective product.

What went wrong is simple:
A defective part was delivered, and instead of helping, Boodmo made the process painful, time-consuming, and mentally exhausting. Their customer support kept repeating scripted replies and dragged a simple return request into an endless loop of unnecessary demands.

This experience has completely broken my trust in Boodmo. I will not buy from them again, and no customer should have to struggle this much just to return a faulty product. If this is how they treat genuine buyers, then something is seriously wrong with their system.

NEver order anything. They are the buggest lier and they partner with currier to steal the material DTDC.

DTDC and Boodmo both togather scamming people and stealing material, just sending random reason about excuses address incomplete.

Extremely disappointing experience with Boodmo – worst service ever!

I placed an order (1759302658-8314) for spare parts through the Boodmo app, made the full payment online, and expected timely delivery as advertised. Unfortunately, once the payment was accepted, the entire process fell apart. There was no proper update, no tracking information, and absolutely zero communication from their end.
When I tried to contact customer support, it was a nightmare — no one answers calls, emails go unanswered, and the in-app chat is completely useless. It seems like once they take your money, they completely ignore you. I wasted a lot of time just waiting for some response or progress, but nothing ever happened.
This kind of service is unacceptable for an online business. They claim to be India’s biggest auto parts marketplace, but in reality, their after-sales service is non-existent. Even cancellation and refund processes are slow and frustrating.
I strongly advise everyone — don’t waste your time or money on Boodmo. It’s much better to visit your local spare parts market where you can see the product, get genuine advice, and avoid all this delay and disappointment.
Boodmo seriously needs to improve customer service, transparency, and accountability. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this app completely.
Highly dissatisfied and will never order again.

Fraud App

Please avoid buying from Boodmo as they are doing Fraud.First booked a part which took more than 18 days to arrive after Repeatedly following up with customer care .Then ,the part which was sent was not compatible. and Mechanic told me that used part was send as it is a black in front and has screw tight mark and wire is too short to fix in Tata nexon. Pathetic customer care after waiting for 1 month they didn't arrange for either replacement or return .They are cheating people .Avoid buying

Ordered car window shades

Ordered car window shades. The shades were so dark, visibility was only 5-8%
So returned the product ( order no:1752920533-5523) Had Paid Rs. 960/- but after returning product, i got a text msg saying, your refund Rs. 640/- being processed.
1) why only Rs. 640 insted of Rs. 960?
2) Even after 40 days payment recived.
3) Except of IVR no customer serv8ce voice helpline available.
4) Even if you write email, you get auto reply... Noting else.
So, the site Boodmo is untrustworthy 🙆‍♂️
