I got my FIRST order...which they sent out in two shipments. I STILL haven’t received my other part of my order. When I went to get on the website...it said I cannot access the website! What kind of company DOES that! DO NOT order from this store! Although the boots I ordered were the same as the photo, I will update my experience when the rest of my order arrives. According to United States Postal Service, it IS in California at the moment. So...I’ll fill you all in on the details...I DOUBT it will be pretty!

When this company rips you off like they did me just make a fraud claim with your bank with whatever card you paid with. This company will not send you a return address although they say you can return items and they will send you cheap crap that is wayyy too small and poorly made. They use pictures of well made items and send you cheap knock offs. I had a order over $700 and the bank gave me every penny back and because they never sent a return address I kept what they did send although the only thing I ever wore was the one pair of shoes I actually received out of the 3 pair I ordered. These are Chinese scammers who make it appear as if they are not operated out of China and some Chinese guy from California sends you some of the items you buy from California.

I bought 2 pair of shoes in January 18th, today is May 14th, I have not received them. I have sent some emails the last ones ask for a full refund and no reply have been received yet.

If i can do minus points I would!! please do not buy from this Shady vendor anything!! My dress never came, basically threw my money out of the window...sooo dissapointed!

My experience was excellent i'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I was concerned when I purchased too so I messaged someone on instagram who was posted on their website pics, and I asked her if her experience was good and she said yes but that she only ordered swimsuits. I ordered my wedding dress form them and it came in 3 weeks time and I WAS SO HAPPY! It was a great fit, and I am so glad I went with my gut and ordered it, I had a great experience please feel free to ask me any questions about my experience. The customer service email was responsive and they reached out in a timely fashion, happy new years for 2020 everyone!

If it was possible to give this company minus stars, I would. Ordered 2 dresses, paid express shipping and was horrified when they arrived. This is the cheapest Chinese quality you could possibly find on the market and they're prices are not even CHEAP! The first dress had the zip broken and cotton frayed. When I tried on the second dress, the drawstring just came all the way out, making it impossible to wear either of the dresses! I am SO mad right now. I wish I had read the online reviews before buying from this company. I will make it my lifelong ambition to make sure they never ROB another person again. Because, that is essentially what this is - robbery!!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. The material was cheap and cheaply made. It is too see through to wear out. When I tried to return, I was offered only $5 to keep it and not hassle with return and cost of shipping. I'm not sure how it will turn out yet.

I have ordered four times and all four were a success. Beautiful clothes exactly as the picture and great quality! I will definitely buy more.

Do not buy from this company! They say you can return items and then tell you no and offer you a slight discount! Poor quality! Poor fit! Beware!!

I urge people to not buy from this company.I ordered 4 items of which only 1 item fitted correctly. The skirt that they sent would probably fit a 8 year old child and it was supposed to be a adult large. The clothes are cheap quality knock offs from China. The images they use are very deceiving it's just to suck you in. They did offer me a store credit but when I went online to do the return they told me I was too late so I have no option but to keep the crap they have sent me.

Absolute rubbish!! Items are nothing like the pictures used on the website and the quality is so bad that I wouldn't even rate one star but had to to write this review.

The ad came up on my email. There were no negative reviews connected so I didn't initially know they were cons. I got my five dresses. They smelled like chemicals, colors were wrong, and although the model wore two of the dresses outside, they are see through. I can't wear them. It will cost almost one hundred dollars to return them. My credit card company will not refund my money so I am left with these horrible clothes that cost me one hundred seventeen dollars. I wish I had done more checking before I ordered. Now I'm just left with these awful clothes. Don't give them your money. The clothes are horrendous. You'll just end up angry like the rest of us.

They Took my money and they did not send my items and my bank won't refund me. I have contacted them and they tell me they will not refund my money and they told me if I pay 4 more dollars for shipping they will send the items out but it is a an invoice that you cannot pay. So they more or less stole my money.

The jewelry was ok and $6.99 fair priced however, the dress slip was tiny and not the same measurement as the dress, the second dress, a dark blue dress, the WHITE lining rolled out at the sleeveless edges and neck. It looks awful.
Understand, It is VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN SHIP TO CHINA FROM THE U.S., BONBOHO DOES NOT PAY IT.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered. My bracelet broke within an hour of receipt and when I asked for a replacement, they want ME to pay the shipping to send me the replacement.

Unfortunately, most of these clothing sites are the same company! I complained so much, their SUPPOSE to be sending me ANOTHER watch without me returning the broken one. I refused to send it back to that ridiculous address, and told them so...everyday until they said they'd send me another one. I guess there was mo way I was getting my money back!! Shame on them.

Ordered four beautiful dresses for my holiday. And they look did beautiful on their website. My guess is that the dresses they model are made from much better fabric so they hang and look altogether better. Remembered what someone had said about these clothes being made for midgets so veered on the side of caution and ordered extra large. Even after that only one dress fit and that didn`t look anything like the dress on the website. Didn`t expect the clothes to be best quality but it would be helpful if they could get sizing right two are in bags labellled extra large but the dress is labelled S which I suppose means small. Not expecting any joy getting replacements. Wasted £100. Be warned do not be deceived like me.. remember there are companies who don`t care about you the customer, only your money. This is one of them.

For a return or refund...this is the address that was given to me...now being in Texas and arguing with them about trying to get a refund doesn't leave much time to send back. They do this on purpose...
