Failed to deliver 3 times WORST customer service ever
I bought my product to be collected at 16th of January. Same day as I should collect it I got a text that it is not ready to be picked up and that they will get back to me with a new date. No new date was communicated and I needed myself to call the customer service to get information about where my package are. I get an apology from the CS and they promise to fix a new delivery 4 weeks later than original time. Now I am still here with no product that I ordered more than 2 months ago and they TODAY failed to delivered this the 3rd time. I have sat in cue for almost a whole work day put together because they never answer or let you know how long waiting time it is. Let's not even talk about the lead time for email, it took 4 weeks to get an answer there. I have never been so disappointed in my whole life.

Low quality and poor craftsmanship
- Long lead time
- Factory sent the table broken
- overall low quality for that price point
- had to contact customer service 4 (!) times to have it shipped back and get the right credit note.
I will not buy from them again. Expected more

Smooth shopping experience, both in store (excellent customer service), as well as online.
Very helpful and understanding service with partial process.
Downsides:

Poor Logistic Service
On the contrary, to their stylish products, their logistic and delivery services were unfortunately poor.
Purchased two items from a Kungsholmen store in Stockholm, one normal item, and a discounted item (store example). They could have delivered both items at the same time to our place. But, they refused to ship the second one, although we were willing to pay additional for the delivery. Instead, their partner delivery company (Nilog.se) requested for an outrageous price for the same route that they have been already booked for the delivery of the first item.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought two sets of Eten multicolour cutlery for a lot of money. At one of the first wash the knife is ruined, losing its shine. Now it's matt. I ALWAYS washed all the cutlery with the same detergent and no other cutlery has a problem. I contacted customer service and asked them to replace the cutlery. Still, it is not possible because I may have used aggressive detergents.
On their website, they state that you can wash the cutlery in the dishwasher, but in the instructions, of course, they specify that you should not use strong detergents, so it's a fake ad. Also, in the Berlin shop, they have specified that you can wash the cutlery in the dishwasher.
The problem is that the knife is defective from production because it is the only one damaged.
The customer service department is opposed to changing it with one that has no problem. I am sorry, but I will never buy from Bolia again as they write things that are not true. Customer service is unable to solve the problem.

Nice design and nice products. It's nice to see the actual products at the store on Götgatan.
The only thing that is not so great is that they don't take AMEX, which is a bit of a surprise, considering that other stores such as Mio accepts AMEX.
