Looking great.

In first place, it felt a bit heavy and hard before putting a pillow into it.
After I put 60×60 fiber pillow in it, it looked amazing and luxurious.
It's still a bit heavy but it's been worth it, I think.
I would have bought one more if it wasn't that expensive. :))

Lengthy process, but excellent final resolution

purchased a modular sofa that unfortunately had a manufacturing defect (a visible gap between sections). The process to get it fixed took some time—we tried adjusting the feet and even replacing a single module first, which didn't solve the issue.

However, I want to commend the Customer Service team (specifically Emmie and Felicia) for sticking with the case. When the quick fixes didn't work, they agreed to exchange the entire sofa. They also arranged for "carry-in" service to pick up the old sofa directly from my apartment, which was a huge help. It took about 6 weeks to get fully sorted, but I am very happy that ILVA took accountability and ensured I ended up with a perfect product.

Good customer service

Received a confirmation about the purchase, but a little slow with when it would be delivered. However, when I contacted them they called to explain.

Quick delivery, great product

In store exp poor but product quality good.

In store experience would rate a 2-3-star, it looks very nice and clean but got zero customer service after being there for 15+min testing specific furniture.
Ordered online a chair and that is very smooth and easy. Delivery schedule well communicated and on-time. Product quality is good but the assembly instructions are poor (substeps are unclear placed in terms of sequence). Unfortunately 1 day later they come with discount program.

The product and prices are good

The product and prices are good, but the delivery charges are very high. For that price, it was difficult for us to proceed with the payment.

Good products but misleading messages

Good products but misleading messages, especially their widely advertised new customer discount that is not valid on most items, and very high delivery fees. Products that look nice, but expect to pay for it!
