I Found these guys on both eBay and amazon when looking to frame some precious records for my studio. They make frames in a number of styles that display records very well (as well as other numerous styles). I found that prices on eBay were considerably cheaper than amzon and they had a discount when buying multiple frames.
Order was shipped promptly and packaged securely. Frames are good quality for the price point. The 'glass' in the frames is actually plastic but of a good standard and flexible - which helps with installation. Customer service from Yvonne via email was excellent -when I requested to change the inserts from black to white - they just sent me both at no extra charge. Would absolutely recommend to all.

I love the profiles but one of my frames had a damaged mitre. It wasn't closed and I had to buy glue to repair it.

I had been using boldon frames for just over a year and purchased a black 20x24 inch frame from them. The delivery was prompt but the frames were damaged, but unfortunately because I had them over a year (I am a photographer and like to keep a stock of frames for quick turnaround) they would not replace the frames. Which was frustrating but understandable. I then received TWO frames from separate clients with exactly the same issue. The frames came apart at the corners. I sent photos to Yvonne but have heard nothing back. I am now out the cost of the frames and feel that customers should be made aware of the poor quality of these frames. They are simply not fit for purpose. All the frames fall apart at the corners. I informed Yvonne of this (with photos) and have not heard anything. Buyer beware!!

The frames I ordered were delivered within a few days and were just what I wanted, I have ordered from this company previously and can recommend them for quality and value for money.

AVOID. Very poor customer service; poor quality frame received (bought as a Christmas present) and after acknowledging initial email to highlight about the damaged frame - nothing; after 5 weeks and multiple emails - still nothing. They do not respond, avoid this company. UPDATE 15 Feb 24 - communication still very poor, however, after Trustpilot review, money was refunded for damaged frame.
