From initial contact and up to date communications with Bobtail my experience has been completely awesome. Our assistant Macarena stays on top of every detail to make it so easy and pleasant in getting our factoring services done without any glitch or loss of time.

Bobtail reached out to me incessantly trying to get me to switch over. I finally responded and started the process with their team and was told I would get regular updates on the process etc. After 5 days of silence and one liner email telling me this: "Unfortunately the buyout team has rejected the buyout after doing the risk assessment. So, we won't be able to move forward."
I am thoroughly disappointed for them wasting my time given I had not factored my invoices causing me to go into negative balance. Total shit show from this team, and get this, here are some names as it appears everyone is from same family:
1. waseem akhtar wattoo - sales guy
2. salman (one guy incharge of buyouts)
3. rizwan - the guy who calls with updates saying he has no udpates.
so needless to say do not waste your time with a company being run of pakistan (not trying to be racist but i was told their team is all there).
