My experience with Apex has generally…

My experience with Apex has generally been very positive—except when brokers, for one reason or another, fail to pay 100% of the agreed-upon amount. In such cases, Apex limits itself to simply reporting the fact; I believe they could do more than that. However, aside from this, their service is excellent.

R&R R&R Express went out of business

R&R R&R Express went out of business, and Apex demanded that I repay $3,700 regarding Invoice #570. It was my mistake for failing to verify the rate on the confirmation sheet, but Apex also bears some of the blame for failing to spot the rate discrepancy on that same confirmation. Apex seized my entire reserve fund and began charging me $150 for every invoice submitted; in a single month, they took $2,000 from me, which is unfair. I had reached an agreement with David for a weekly fee of $150, but that is not how things turned out. At the end of the day, I am the one who loses out because I rely on Apex to purchase my invoices; it is not my fault that R&R went out of business.
