Good service! Easy app to use. Lower rates. We have checked others factoring and none is as good as Bobtail.
Customer service is great specially Wendy, she always provides the best service, very attentive and helpful.

Terrible organization! They are not for carriers only themselves. They sent us a letter of cancellation and end services in that same day. We have a $0 balance and still getting the run around. They have no interest in their clients. I’m filing against their company as we speak. They are very well aware of what they’re doing. This all began a few days before Christmas. Now what type of organization would do that? No real notice at all! I don’t recommend them at all!

Everyone I've spoken to has provided A+ customer service. Agha originally signed me up he was kind and informative even checking up on me a few weeks later. I feel like he truly cares about my success and not just making money. Mohammed and Adrian are also amazing and very helpful. If you need a factoring company Bobtail is it.
