Everytime i submit a invoice i have to call them, call the broker like the current invoice i submitted 2 days ago they dont guarentee your money but they have no issue taking that 3% out! Also i expedited two loads which is 36 dollars took em two days to deposit it! They claim it was because a holiday but i submitted the day they were still open they had more then 3 hours and still charged me! Im not paying 36 dollars to expedite and wait 2 days to get the money if im doing all the work i mise well factor for myself last 3 months were hell!!

The ppl are always professional, helpful and pleasant. The two services I’d add to if I could would be weekend factoring(even for an added fee)and I’d erase the wait for added detention. Thx again for being so good and thorough at what you do💫

Wendy from team 101 helped me greatly this afternoon they always have resolutions to any problem that may come up and thats rarely there app is very simple to use no hassle with uploading and getting better just by the 4months i been with bobtail great factoring too use when barely starting ur own buiness no contract or special requirements needed honestly well deserved 5 stars and will also have to mention sophia who also been a great help from the start

Wonderful setting up process. I was very surprised at how he worked with me to get rts to remove the UCC lean that wa placed on my company when I didn't signed an agreement with them. Would definitely recommend
