Do not buy from this company! I bought a cap from billabong two months ago and it never arrived. I have still received no response from customer services about a refund or resending the item. Up until this point I have always had good delivery experiences with billabong but am really disappointed by this recent experience.

Delivery was far too slow.

Will not be purchasing again. Poor returns and customer service unhelpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I have attempted to get a refund for returned items and have been completely ignored. Only received automated replies and there's no phone number. I have had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE IF YOU RETURN. COMPLETE SCAM MERS!

Absolutly love this t shirt. There roomy which I prefer ( covering parts I’d prefer hidden lol ) these wash great an stay in shape an the graphics don’t fade or crack like cheaper versions . I’ve since bought 2 more in the sale. Great value for money. The postage is very fast too. Thank you very much

Delivery was fast and products were great. Needed to return 2 items. Started process. Returned items. Then silence. Raised a support request. Got generic auto reply. Replied requesting assistance…. 4 times I’ve done this and had zero response. Trying to do a chargeback now. Dreadful support. Avoid.

Billabong keep sending me the wrong size kids shirt. It's a hassle to send back, wasting my time and disappointing my son.

Traumatic experience . They just take your money , don’t deliver the tshirt and than you can wait for any response to your queries forever and not get a refund . Ordered tshirt on 3/06, raises queries on their website , on Instagram , message was read and ignored . Unbelievable !!!!!! It’s been month already since I placed my order . NEVER AGAIN . Lost 30£

Slow response from customer service, lost one order, slow delivery on another 2. I did get a refund on the lost order, but one of the items is now out of stock, so that is annoying

Goods still not delivered and no feedback for weeks as to what’s happening, even though I chased for an update last week. What a disappointment after wanting to reconnect with the brand.

I’ve bought things in the past and have always found return’s difficult but I’ve even got return information and no refund. I’ve tried ringing and email for 2 months and not had a single return email other than a standard generated one. I’m still trying to contact them hopefully they may see this though I doubt it very much.

Ordered weeks ago. Still no delivery or update, and after several attempts to contact customer services, no response. Wouldn’t use again.

Long delay in receiving refund to reorder something in its place

I ordered 2 pairs of swimming shorts. The parcel arrived contained only 1 pair. I emailed customer and received no response. So I've basically been scammed. I had heard of Billabong growing up but this is NOT the same company now. Do NOT order here, there is a high chance things will go wrong and you will be out of pocket.

The order never arrived, customer service only sends automated responses and does not offer to help, do not order from Billabong

The order arrived with no issues after 10 days. I realised it was a 16" pair of shorts with an inner lining, not quite what I wanted and I started the returns process. When trying to create a returns label you are asked to enter the order number. The AI response did not recognise my order number, after 9 attempts and several hours trying it in different formats I gave up. There is no customer service other than continual ai responses. Do not order from Billabong!

Ordered nearly a month ago and order has still not arrived

Order was marked as delivered but never turned up. I contacted customer services twice but haven't heard anything. Not happy!

Customer service is now awful.
Can’t despatch an item within the timeframe but can’t cancel either. Have to wait for a late delivery to return and close account. Bizarre business.
Also have to wait 10 after they have received a return before they will process a refund!
Plenty more options to buy clothing from.
