Terrible Customer Service
I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my jacket and I still have no real answers. No one replies to calls, and all emails are just automatic messages. It feels like there is no real customer support at all.
They keep repeating the same excuse about “checking with the courier,” but nothing changes, at this point I’m just tired and disappointed.

No Problems With refund
Got my Money Back. Took a while but it was my Bad - forgot to put the battery in that came With the delievery. The ones that didnt got their Money back probably just didnt send Everything back.
Besides that, my jacket was too Small, bought S as an 75kg guy. Would recommend M. Quality is Great.
