Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a swimming costume, £90.00 . But it’s the wrong size. There’s no way on the website to return, no contact details and when you hit the contact us button nothing happens. This is a scam company!

No Customer service

I purchased an order online on 14th July it arrived in good time, but i had no email of confirmation nor an order number. They arrived and no information inside the box on how to return or contact the company. One of the pair of trainers I bought came without insoles inside so they are unable to be worn I emailed straight away and still waiting for someone to reply. By the time I do speak with someone the 30 days refund policy will be over. Shocking !!

Basically non available customer…

Basically non available customer service. Sorry, but I'll be the last one to leave a bad review. But, if you are basically not replying or replying with massive delays without providing solutions, then you'll just leave me with a very negative experience. Sorry.

shocking service

shocking service. item arrived damaged in packaging. tried to get hold of Boardriders for over a week now and no response from customer services to discuss pre-paid return label. Whether a guest or not I should not have to pay return postage for damaged item in packaging and shipped damaged by supplier. Lifelong quicksliver wearer and really disappointed with service.

Zero stars to Boardriders RVCA EU…

Zero stars to Boardriders RVCA EU customer service. It's been 15 days and I've only gotten one AI-generated response that did zero all to solve my problem. The problem being: RVCA is selling a product on their website with 2 different product images and then sending me the wrong product TWICE. 9/10 images are the product they are selling and 1 image is a totally different product. And yet they send this wrong product to you. I informed them that the plastic bag of the product has the wrong sticker but in 2 weeks no one has cared - the wrong product is still on the site and my re-order came again with the wrong product. I even contacted the CS manager, but no answer either. What an absolute joke.

Not recommended!

Including Quiksilver, Billabong, etc.... I cannot recommend this collection of businesses. Despite making all the right `customer service' noises on their web pages, they do not engage with their marketplace and are arrogant enough to charge a refund postage fee even when the problem is of their own making. Wildly inaccurate sizing makes it impossible to select the right fit. Their stuff is also madly expensive. I've had a wholly unacceptable but fortunately brief experience with this bunch - one I don't plan to repeat!
